共识危机:政党政治危机研究中一个被遗漏的议题

【摘要】：自1960年代和1970年代以来,作为自由民主政治运转轴承的政党政治因政党衰落而出现危机,学术界因此兴起了研究政党政治危机的热潮。纵观现有文献,目前学术界已经关注到了政党在组织、意识形态、功能以及社会认同方面的危机,并分析和讨论了危机的成因及其影响。但是,囿于欧美老牌民主国家的旧有语境展开的分析存在局限,关于政党政治危机的既有研究忽视了政党政治有序运作所需的政治共识前提,遗漏了政党政治危机研究中无论是老牌民主国家还是新兴民主国家都存在的共识危机这一研究议题。
[Abstract]:Since the 1960s and 1970s, the party politics, which is the running bearing of the liberal and democratic politics, has been in crisis because of the decline of the political parties, so the academic circles have raised the upsurge of studying the political crisis of the political parties. Throughout the existing literature, the academic community has paid close attention to the crisis of political parties in organization, ideology, function and social identity, and analyzed and discussed the causes of the crisis and its impact. However, due to the limitations of the analysis carried out in the old context of the old democratic countries in Europe and the United States, the existing research on the political party political crisis has neglected the political consensus premise needed for the orderly operation of the political party politics. It omits the research topic of consensus crisis in the study of party political crisis, whether in established democracies or emerging democracies.
