【摘要】：正20世纪70年代以来,正义问题一直是人们持续关注的核心议题,当代政治哲学的开启者——罗尔斯对这一理论的贡献和推动可谓功不可没。从规范理论的角度来看,正义问题的研究应该包括两个部分:什么的正义与怎样的正义,即正义的对象与正义的原则。只有明确界定正义所言说的对象,才能获得正义原则的具体内容,继而有针对性地发挥其规范作用。"作为公平的正义"(justice as fairness)是
