韩非子政治思想的道德性解读

【摘要】:本文从具体的历史环境出发,力争客观、忠实地分析诞生韩非子政治思想的时代背景。这包括韩非子所生活的那个时代的政治环境、经济环境和文化环境,通过对这种环境的分析、解读,我们明了了本文论主所处的那个时代。与此同时,作者给出了评价一种政治思想是否具备道德属性的两个基本尺度。那个时代和这个尺度是本文立论的两个基础。在这个基础上,作者从构成韩非子政治思想的三个方面分别对其政治思想作了道德性解读。这三个方面是构成韩非子政治思想的主体,它包括法、术和势理论。作者立足于韩非子理论的原著对其法、术和势理论的加以解读,在此基础上结合其他研究论者对其理论的研究结论并加以分析。经过这些分析,本文从总体上得出了结论,那就是韩非子政治思想具有很强的道德属性。这一研究不但有助于重新认识韩非的政治思想,而且有助于重新审视中国的政治发展史。与此同时,这一研究对当前我国的和谐社会建设和人类终极命运的思考也似乎能够提供些许有益的启迪。
[Abstract]:Based on the specific historical environment, this paper tries to analyze the background of Han Feizi's political thought objectively and faithfully. This includes the political environment, economic environment and cultural environment of the era in which Han Feizi lived. At the same time, the author gives two basic criteria for evaluating whether a political thought has a moral attribute. That time and this yardstick are the two foundations of this thesis. On this basis, the author interprets Han Feizi's political thought from three aspects. These three aspects are the main body of Han Feizi's political thought, which includes the theory of law, art and power. Based on the original works of Han Feizi's theory, the author interprets the theory of law, technique and potential, and on this basis, combines with the research conclusions of other scholars and analyzes it. Through these analyses, this paper draws a conclusion that Han Feizi's political thought has a strong moral attribute. This study not only helps to re-understand Han Fei's political thought, but also helps to re-examine the history of political development in China. At the same time, this study can provide some beneficial enlightenment to the construction of harmonious society and the ultimate destiny of human beings.
