全球性民主衰退:究竟是全面崩溃,还是暂时性退潮

【摘要】：民主与世界上其他任何事物一样也是普遍性和特殊性的统一,西式民主并非民主的唯一模式;马克思主义理论创立之初,其创始人马克思恩格斯就非常明确地把民主确立为无产阶级解放运动的一个伟大目标;民主始终是中国共产党人高扬的一面旗帜,中国共产党自成立之日起就始终不渝地奋力推进民主事业的发展;当前全球性的民主衰退现象是多种变量共同作用的结果,而不应简单地归因于民主惹的祸;人类社会走向民主是一个自然历史过程,暂时的曲折与反复并不能改变社会历史发展的基本趋势。
[Abstract]:Democracy, like anything else in the world, is the unity of universality and particularity, and Western-style democracy is not the only model of democracy. At the beginning of the establishment of Marxist theory, the founder of Marx and Engels clearly established democracy as a great goal of the proletarian liberation movement. Democracy has always been a banner held high by the Chinese Communists. Since its founding, the Communist Party of China has unswervingly pushed forward the development of the cause of democracy. The current global decline in democracy is the result of a combination of variables and should not simply be attributed to the scourge of democracy; Human society to democracy is a natural historical process, temporary twists and turns and repeated can not change the basic trend of social and historical development.
