共和主义在当代的困境及桑德尔的解决进路

【摘要】：正迈克尔·桑德尔(J.Michael Sandel)是当代政治哲学领域中的重要代表人物,他的政治哲学思想和正义理论在中国乃至全球范围内都引起了广泛的关注和讨论。如果说桑德尔早期政治哲学思想的理论贡献在于他对罗尔斯式的无约束之自我观念及其忽视共同体之地位和价值的批判,那么,他后期政治哲学思想的价值则在于他对公民共和主义的不懈追求和尝试性构建。
[Abstract]:J.Michael Sandel is an important representative in the field of contemporary political philosophy. His political philosophy and the theory of justice have attracted extensive attention and discussion in China and even the whole world. If the theoretical contribution of Sandell's early political philosophy lies in his criticism of Rawls' unrestrained self-concept and his neglect of the status and value of the community, then, The value of his later political philosophy lies in his unremitting pursuit and tentative construction of civil republicanism.
