【摘要】：目前学界对于大蒙古国建立后的蒙金关系少有研究，虽也有一些成果对此方面有所涉及，但主要关注蒙金双方的战争，鲜有著作或文章对双方使者往来进行专门研究。本文通过蒙金相互派出使者的使者出使次数、使者出使使命、使者在蒙金关系中的作用等三方面，对蒙金使者往来进行专门研究。本文根据对相关史料的爬梳、考证、统计，在学界相关研究的基础之上，认为在1206年大蒙古国建立至1234年金朝灭亡期间，蒙古使者出使金朝27次、金朝使者出使蒙古35次，双方使者往来共62次。蒙金使者的往来本文根据其使命的不同进行分类，蒙古出使金朝的使者可以分为：以朝贡为使命出使金朝；以侦察为使命出使金朝；以索币、索人、索地、请婚为使命出使金朝；以宣谕、责问为使命出使金朝；以谕降、议和为使命出使金朝。金朝的使者可以分为：以宣谕、责问为使命出使蒙古；以吊慰为使命出使蒙古；以通好、议和为使命出使蒙古。蒙金使者都为执行本方政权的外交政策发挥了重要的作用，使者个人能力虽存在着或高或低的差别，但其所起作用的大小并非由自身能力所决定，，而是由其政权的综合实力决定的。蒙古使者的作用可以概括为以下几点：示弱于人，使金朝放松警惕；获取情报，为攻金提供有利条件；恫吓金朝，从金朝榨取物质利益；议和为辞，打乱金朝军事部署。相对而言，金朝使者的作用可以概括为以下两点：实现暂时和平，为金朝休整军备提供时间；有辱使命，招致蒙古进攻。在蒙金使者的往来中，蒙古凭借不断增强的综合实力，在双方关系中逐渐取代金朝占据主导地位，并最终灭亡了金朝。
[Abstract]:At present, scholars have done little research on the relationship between Mongolia and gold after the establishment of Great Mongolia. Although there are some achievements in this respect, they are mainly concerned about the war between the two sides. Few works or articles have made a special study on the exchange of emissaries between the two sides. In this paper, there are three aspects: the number of emissaries sent to each other, the mission of emissaries, and the role of emissaries in the relationship between the two emissaries. To conduct special research on the exchange of Mongolian gold emissaries. Based on the relevant historical data, research and statistics, and on the basis of relevant academic research, this paper holds that during the period from the establishment of the Great Mongolia in 1206 to the demise of the Jin Dynasty in 1234, the Mongolian emissaries sent out the Jin Dynasty 27 times, and the Jin Dynasty emissaries sent out Mongolia 35 times. There are 62 exchanges between the emissaries of the two sides. According to the different missions of the Mongolian emissaries, the emissaries of the Jin Dynasty can be divided into three groups: paying tribute as the mission, sending out the Jin Dynasty with the mission of reconnaissance, sending out the Jin Dynasty with the mission of reconnaissance, and asking for money and people. To provide favorable conditions for the attack on gold; to intimidate the Jin Dynasty, to extract material benefits from the Jin Dynasty; to negotiate peace and disrupt the military arrangements of the Jin Dynasty; comparatively speaking, the role of the emissary of the Jin Dynasty can be summed up as the following two points: to achieve temporary peace, To provide time for the Jin Dynasty to rearm; humiliate the mission, leading to Mongolia's attack. In the exchange of Mongolian and Jin emissaries, Mongolia gradually replaced the Jin Dynasty as the dominant position in the bilateral relations by virtue of its increasing comprehensive strength, and finally destroyed the Jin Dynasty.
