论先秦礼与《礼经》

【摘要】：《仪礼》不是古《礼经》,汉儒所确立的《仪礼》之《礼经》地位,有其名,无其实。中国上下五千年的文化是以礼为纽带而联结的,中华文明实际上就是礼乐文明。夏商周三代之礼没有断流,交汇而形成了先秦礼。周公、孔子、荀子是中国礼学史上三位杰出的奠基人。崔实、顾颉刚等多位学者考证,《仪礼》不是出于周公、孔子之手笔。较之《论语》的篇章布局,《仪礼》的组织结构如此之完备,绝不可能出自孔子的时代。孔子出于鲁国,但超越鲁国。《仪礼》出于鲁国,但永远是鲁国地方性(鲁高堂生)士人之小礼,其与官家性质的先秦礼不可同日而语,它更不能代替三代传承下来的大礼。
[Abstract]:"Yili" is not the ancient "Book of Rites". The status of "the Book of Rites" established by Han Confucianism has its own name, but it is not in fact. Chinese culture of five thousand years is bound by ceremony. Chinese civilization is actually a culture of etiquette and music. The rites of the three dynasties of Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties did not break down, but formed a pre-Qin ceremony. Zhou Gong, Confucius and Xunzi were three outstanding founders in the history of Chinese ritual study. Cui Shi, Many scholars, such as Gu Jiegang, have verified that "Yili" was not written by Zhou Gong or Confucius. Compared with the textual layout of the Analects of Confucius, the organizational structure of "Yili" was so complete that it could never have originated from the time of Confucius. But surpassing the state of Lu. "Yili" originated from the State of Lu, but it was always a small gift of the scholars of the State of Lu (Lugaotang), which could not be compared with the pre-Qin ritual of the official family, and it could not replace the great rites inherited from three generations.
