【摘要】：正《贞观政要》主要讨论如何治理国家和社会的问题,即如何执政问题,因此,其蕴含着丰富的行政伦理思想。在具体的执政指导思想上,唐太宗追求内道外儒,以道家理论约束自己,崇尚清心寡欲,无为而治,从而达到了国正君清的效果,以儒家伦理建构官德制度与体系,强调执政责任与监督,从而形成从谏如流、为官清廉的开明局面;在君民关系上推行"仁政爱民",从而为万民拥戴。唐太宗的执政不仅开创了中华民族的一个
