【摘要】：“一田二主”的起源是农户以土地为抵押进行贷款,基本性质是借贷关系。典卖后原主尽量保留土地的使用权,终于使田骨田面彻底分离为两个独立的产权。由其他起源发展出来的永佃制,最后也采取了同一模式,殊途同归。发展的结果,这种借贷关系越来越明显,田骨变成了农村的金融工具。
[Abstract]:The origin of "one farmland and two owners" is that farmers take land as collateral for loans, and the basic nature is loan relationship. After the sale, the original owner kept the right to use the land as far as possible, and finally separated the land completely into two independent property rights. The permanent tenancy system, developed by other origins, finally adopted the same pattern. As a result, this lending relationship became increasingly evident, and Tian Gu became a rural financial instrument.
