论宋元禅寺中的职事僧群体

【摘要】：宋元时期的禅寺制度,是后代禅寺规制的模板,其中所包含的寺院人事管理模式,也一直被后代沿用。在宋元禅寺中,有一个特殊群体,他们是寺院的实际管理者,参与寺院各项事务,为僧众提供各种服务。他们就是宋元禅寺的职事僧群体。但这些职位不是宋元禅寺首创的,他们也有其渊源和演化过程,同时他们所负责的事务范畴,在宋元禅寺中,也可能处于变化之中。
[Abstract]:The system of Zen Temple in Song and Yuan dynasties is the template of the regulation of the later generations of Zen Temple, and the personnel management mode of the temple contained therein has been used by the future generations. There is a special group in the Zen Temple of Song and Yuan Dynasty, who are the actual managers of the temple. Participate in all kinds of temple affairs and provide all kinds of services to the monks. They are the community of priests of the Song and Yuan dynasties. But these positions were not first created by the temple. They also have their origins and evolution process, and they are responsible for the scope of their affairs at the same time. In the Song and Yuan dynasties, the temple may also be in the process of change.
