论“守一”

【摘要】：从字面上看,"守"就是守护、守望、保持、卫护的意思,"一"即是一处或中心。"守一"的意思是坚守一处,守护重点,守望中心。道教善于模仿自然规律并将自然规律付诸实践,在道教修炼中,守一是指保持身心安宁的前提下,把意念集中于身体的某个部位,以改善身心环境,提高生命质量,实现延年益寿。现代科学使宇宙的面貌更加清楚地展现出来,在天文、地理、物理、生理现象中都能发现"守一"的蛛丝马迹,心理学的发展更进一步证实了道教守一对生命的积极意义。
[Abstract]:Literally, "guard" means to guard, watch, keep and defend. "one" means a place or a center. "guarding one" means sticking to a place, guarding a key point, Taoism is good at imitating the laws of nature and putting them into practice. In Taoist practice, the first is to concentrate the mind on a certain part of the body on the premise of maintaining physical and mental peace, in order to improve the physical and mental environment and improve the quality of life. Modern science has made the face of the universe more visible, and traces of "keeping one" can be found in astronomy, geography, physics, and physiological phenomena. The development of psychology further confirmed the positive significance of Taoism.
