宗教与现代性的自反性建构:一项对墨西哥天主教历史变迁的人类学研究

【摘要】:天主教在墨西哥社会的变迁显示其与现代性的自反性关系。这一自反性关系表现为墨西哥社会的发展是在天主教驱动下对包括天主教在内的既有社会结构反叛的过程。天主教与现代性的自反性关系分为两个阶段。作为殖民体系构成的天主教的传播促成了人道主义、平等等进步理念在墨西哥的普及,在推动墨西哥国家独立运动同时亦掀起了对作为殖民体系构成的天主教的反叛。独立后的墨西哥建立了以梅斯蒂索人为核心的统治秩序,天主教成为统治秩序和族群利益的象征。随着新自由主义的改革导致印第安人持久困境的出现,在解放神学思想鼓舞下的印第安人掀起了对作为统治秩序组成的天主教的反叛运动。墨西哥天主教与现代性的自反性关系呈现了宗教与现代性之间多元关系的可能。
[Abstract]:The change of Catholicism in Mexican society shows its reflexive relationship with modernity. This reflexive relationship shows that the development of Mexican society was driven by Catholicism and rebelled against the existing social structures, including Catholicism. The reflexive relationship between Catholicism and modernity is divided into two stages. The spread of Catholicism as a form of colonial system contributed to the spread of progressive concepts such as humanitarianism and equality in Mexico. At the same time the movement for national independence in Mexico also caused a rebellion against the Catholic Church as a colonial system. After independence, Mexico established a ruling order with the Meso people as the core, and Catholicism became the symbol of the ruling order and the interests of the ethnic group. With the reform of neoliberalism leading to the emergence of a protracted dilemma of Indians, the Indians inspired by liberation theology set off a rebel movement against Catholicism as a ruling order. The reflexive relationship between Catholicism and modernity in Mexico presents the possibility of pluralistic relationship between religion and modernity.
