[Abstract]:From the angle that a temple takes advantage of the opportunity of "cultural heritage" and is recognized by the state policy, it is transformed into a "national temple" from the point of view of registration. This paper mainly studies the tense relationship between the grass-roots government and the people in the process of the Han Temple developing from a home temple to a local regional temple, and gives an explanation to the above problems. This paper first discusses the natural environment and historical evolution of Han Temple. It is found that the historical heritage and legends of the Han Temple have been an important reason for the revival of the Temple since the 1990s. However, the revival of Han Temple was not smooth sailing. Then, this paper briefly describes the process of Han Temple from illegal construction to legalization and its development in order to explain the reasons why the local people did their best to revive the Han Temple. The restoration of Han Temple was influenced by the relaxation of state policy and the revival of folk belief in the surrounding areas. In the third part of the article, the fourth part discusses the basic government and how the village branch acts in the folk from the aspect of "top-down" in the process of the change of Han Temple. The study found that, in the process of implementing national policies, grass-roots governments, instead of interfering with the construction of the Han Temple in the first place, instead gave advice to the legalization of the Han Temple, and finally adopted the development of allowing the first session to indirectly manage the bottom folk beliefs. To achieve the goal of national policy, holding two sets of symbolic logic of the village branch is a potential support in the process of the restoration of Han Temple. This process is also the basic level government and the village branch of the practice of local logic process. In the fifth part of this paper, we discuss how the underclass people change their survival strategies with the change of national policy. In the case of limited development, the folk will take the initiative to internalize the national policy as their own discourse mode, and achieve the new goal by using the national policy. In the process, Han Temple was legalized from a temple, and then developed from a village temple to a regional temple. The sixth chapter describes how Han Temple grasps the opportunity of "cultural heritage" and obtains the premise of national policy, in order to maintain the traditional function of folk belief in daily life. How to make Hanmiao have many identities, such as "the legal Buddha" and "the Tao in the heart, the polytheistic belief" and so on. In the conclusion part of the article, I will further elaborate on the folk forces on the basis of summarizing the full text, how the folk separately legitimize the Han Temple from the two aspects of the space order and the social order. This process marks the rise of folk power.
