公民宗教与政治制度——作为公民宗教的儒教建构之制度条件

【摘要】:卢梭在《社会契约论》中较为系统地阐述了公民宗教。这是他为现代政教分离之后的世俗社会提供神性价值的尝试。公民宗教旨在以简单的教条促成公民对是非好坏的判断。其后,贝拉对公民宗教做了进一步阐释,强调公民宗教神圣的非宗教定位,凸显了宪政制度与公民宗教的相互依存关系。归纳起来讲,公民宗教是立宪民主社会的公民习性训练方式,它依赖于宪政制度多于仰仗民俗习惯;它是现代的宗教形式,而不是传统的由信仰神学、仪轨仪式与生活方式构成的标准宗教。对一切尝试儒教复兴的人而言,要将世俗性与神圣性兼具的儒家学说完全改造成标准宗教,是一种不可能实现的目标。
[Abstract]:Rousseau systematically expounds the religion of citizens in the Theory of Social contract. This is his attempt to provide divine value to the secular society after the separation of church and state. Civic religion aims to promote citizens' judgment of right and wrong with simple dogma. Subsequently, Beira made a further interpretation of citizen religion, emphasizing the secular orientation of civil religion, highlighting the interdependence between constitutional system and citizen religion. To sum up, civic religion is a form of civic training in a constitutional democracy, which relies more on constitutional institutions than on folklore; it is a modern form of religion, not a traditional theology of faith. A standard religion consisting of rituals and lifestyles. For all those who try to revive Confucianism, it is an impossible goal to transform the Confucian doctrine, which combines secularism and sanctity, into a standard religion.
