[Abstract]:President Xi Jinping highly appreciates that the Russian Orthodox Church has always actively supported the development of Sino-Russian relations and explicitly supported China on issues of core interests such as China's national sovereignty, security, territorial integrity and development. Xi Jinping said Kirill's current visit to China is part of religious exchanges between the two countries and also reflects the high level and special friendly relations between China and Russia, helping to deepen mutual understanding. Hope that the Russian Orthodox Church and Kirill Patriarch will play a greater role in promoting Sino-Russian friendship.
