【摘要】:场地污染问题是目前限制社会经济发展和城市建设开发的重要问题,尤以污染地下水具有自身隐蔽、难以修复,严重威胁地下水资源开发和利用的特点。近年来国内外均展开了场地地下水修复工作,诸多地下水修复技术已投入到使用中。但与其配套的管理工作研究开展较晚,在修复过程中如何平衡社会、环境等目标间的关系,如何确保高效、安全、经济的解决地下水污染问题成为研究重点。本文针对我国地下水修复技术现状,展开了基于AHP和MC方法的地下水修复技术筛选方法研究。主要研究内容如下:1.在充分调研国内外污染场地地下水修复技术、经验的基础上,系统整理并分析了9种相对成熟的修复技术的原理、优缺点、适用条件、相关场地案例等信息。构建了污染场地地下水修复技术库,为筛选过程提供参考资料。2.结合地下水修复决策背景和目标,在研究国内外地下水修复技术筛选框架的基础上,提出了包含技术有效性等5个维度指标在内的筛选目标层。包含21项参数的筛选指标体系。在有效性参数的描述中,提出了分布式参数描述的方法,避免了单一指标描述忽略参数不确定性的问题,并将技术库中的信息转化为对应指标体系的技术比较矩阵,为技术筛选提供支持。3.在研究国内外筛选框架的基础上提出了筛选流程。为目标层各指标分别构建了AHP筛选框架,并建立了相应的评分标准。此外由于有效性目标筛选中采用传统AHP方法无法解决分布式的描述,本文提出了利用MC方法完善有效性筛选的评分方法,兼顾不确定性和评价风险。最终整合筛选框架与评分方法,构建地下水修复技术筛选方法。4.为增加方法的实用性,通过R语言实现了修复技术筛选方法,并利用Rstudio发布的ShinyApp实现了筛选过程中交互与结果展示。最终利用某铬渣污染场地对筛选工具和筛选方法进行了检验。
[Abstract]:Site pollution is an important problem to restrict the development of social economy and urban construction at present, especially the polluted groundwater has its own concealment, which is difficult to repair. In recent years, site groundwater restoration work has been carried out both at home and abroad, which is a serious threat to the development and utilization of groundwater resources. Many groundwater remediation techniques have been put into use. However, the research on the management of groundwater remediation has been carried out late, how to balance the relationship between social and environmental objectives, how to ensure high efficiency and safety in the process of remediation. Economic solution to groundwater pollution has become the focus of research. This paper aims at the present situation of groundwater remediation technology in China. The main contents of this study are as follows: 1. Based on the full investigation of groundwater remediation technology in polluted sites at home and abroad, based on the experience. The principles, advantages and disadvantages, applicable conditions, relevant site cases and other information of 9 relatively mature remediation techniques were systematically sorted and analyzed. The groundwater remediation technology database of contaminated sites was constructed. To provide reference for the screening process. 2. Combined with the background and objectives of groundwater remediation decision-making, based on the study of domestic and foreign groundwater remediation technology screening framework. A screening target layer including five dimension indexes such as technical validity and a selection index system including 21 parameters are proposed. In the description of validity parameters, a method of distributed parameter description is proposed. The problem of ignoring parameter uncertainty in single indicator description is avoided, and the information in the technology database is transformed into the technical comparison matrix of the corresponding index system. On the basis of studying the screening framework at home and abroad, the screening process is put forward, and the AHP screening framework is constructed for each target level index. 3. In addition, because the traditional AHP method can not solve the distributed description in the effective target selection, this paper puts forward a new method to improve the effectiveness screening scoring method by using MC method. Taking into account uncertainty and risk evaluation. Finally integrated the screening framework and scoring method to construct the groundwater remediation screening method. 4. In order to increase the practicability of the method, through R language to achieve remediation technology screening method. The interaction and result display in the screening process are realized by using the ShinyApp published by Rstudio. Finally, the screening tools and the screening methods are tested by using a site contaminated by chromium slag.
