【摘要】:目前,全国大多数油田已经开发了较长的时间,其生产过程中的含水已经大于80%,因此会产生大量的附加污染物--含油污水。开发和研究新技术、新工艺,使净化采油污水并符合国家注入水及排出水的标准,成为各个油田生产过程中的一项主要任务。本项目针对第X采油厂污水处理站存在的实际情况,通过现场实际调查、取样分析化验和数据分析,剖析影响处理水质存在的问题。本次调查龙X联、古X联、敖X联、新X联4座污水处理站,通过现场试验数据分析,针对不同联合站的硫化物超标、硫酸盐还原菌超标、溶解氧超标等问题制定了针对性治理措施,不仅能够较好地解决了污水处理设施的排污问题,保障了注水水质稳定达标,有效地保护了油区环境。
[Abstract]:At present, most oilfields in China have been developed for a long time, and the water content in the production process has already exceeded 80%, so a large number of additional pollutants-oily sewage-will be produced. New technologies and new processes will be developed and studied. It has become a main task in the production process of each oilfield to purify the oil production sewage and to meet the national standards of water injection and discharge. This project is aimed at the actual situation of sewage treatment station in the No. X oil production plant, and through the field actual investigation, Sampling, analysis, testing, data analysis, and analysis of the problems affecting the treatment of water quality. Four sewage treatment stations, long X Union, Ancient X Union, ao X Union, and New X Union, were investigated and analyzed through field test data. Aiming at the problems of sulphide exceeding standard, sulfate reducing bacteria exceeding standard, dissolved oxygen exceeding standard and so on in different combined stations, the corresponding treatment measures have been established, which can not only solve the sewage discharge problem of sewage treatment facilities, but also ensure the water quality to be stable and up to standard. It effectively protects the environment of oil area.
