闭式马铃薯渣脱水、压缩成型试验装置设计研究

【摘要】:马铃薯渣松散、密度低、水分高,不利于回收利用,因此将其压缩成较高密度的成型物料块是解决上述问题的有效途径。传统的薯渣压缩设备需要先去除水分,再进行压缩。本文根据马铃薯渣的压缩特性,研制了一种高效方便的脱水、压缩同时完成的闭式薯渣压缩试验装置,且优化了薯渣压缩装置。同时,对关键部件进行了受力分析,并进行了样机的试制。结果表明:设计的薯渣压缩试验装置效率高,证明了此压缩试验装置设计的可行性。
[Abstract]:Potato dregs are loose, low density and high moisture content, which is not good for recycling. Therefore, it is an effective way to solve the above problems by compressing potato dregs into high density moulding blocks. Traditional potato dregs compression equipment needs to remove moisture and then compress. According to the compression characteristics of potato dregs, a kind of high efficient and convenient dewatering and compressing device was developed, and the compression device of potato residue was optimized. At the same time, the force of the key components is analyzed, and the prototype is trial-produced. The results show that the efficiency of the designed compression test device is high, which proves the feasibility of the design of the compression test device.
