杏北油田注入水质处理技术研究

【摘要】:油田开发进入了中后期,原油的含水率已达到了70%以上。油水分离所产生的大量污水若得不到妥善处理,会给环境带来极大的危害。所以目前油田大多采取对油田污水进行处理并回注的方法,这样油田污水的处理便尤为重要。本文以2016年杏北油田的27座污水站所存在的主要问题为依据,以杏二十五深度污水处理站和杏十九深度污水处理站为主要研究对象,从过滤系统、加药系统两个方面对影响污水水质的各个节点逐一进行分析,结合室内试验优化站库运行参数,提高污水处理水质。本文提出了根据污水过滤罐的反冲洗曲线直接判断过滤罐内部情况的方法,结合现场过滤罐开罐检查进行了方法验证。此方法应用到实际生产中可及时发现过滤罐存在的问题,并减轻工人的劳动量。针对污染过滤罐优化了其反冲洗参数。并对污染的过滤罐提出了使用高温热水浸泡冲洗的方法,与投加破乳剂进行对比试验,得出70℃高温热水清洗污染过滤罐的效果比较明显。杀菌剂与絮凝剂是深度污水处理站较为常用的两种化学药剂,针对杏北油田深度污水含聚的现象更换了GNSJ-01型杀菌剂、新增干粉絮凝装置,试验得出最佳运行参数。
[Abstract]:In the middle and late stage of oilfield development, the water cut of crude oil has reached more than 70%. If a large amount of sewage produced by oil-water separation is not properly treated, it will bring great harm to the environment. So at present, most oilfields adopt the method of treating oilfield sewage and injecting it back, so the treatment of oilfield sewage is particularly important. Based on the main problems existing in 27 sewage stations in Xingbei Oilfield in 2016, and taking Xing 25 advanced sewage treatment station and Xing 19 deep sewage treatment station as the main research objects, the filtration system is introduced in this paper. The two aspects of the dosing system are analyzed one by one for each node affecting the wastewater quality, and combined with the indoor test to optimize the operation parameters of the station and storehouse, to improve the sewage treatment quality. This paper presents a method to directly judge the internal condition of the filter tank according to the backwash curve of the sewage filter tank, and the method is verified by the on-site inspection of the filter tank opening. This method can be used in practical production to find out the problems existing in the filter tank and to reduce the amount of labor of the workers. The backwashing parameters of the filter tank are optimized. The method of using high temperature hot water soaking to wash the polluted filter tank was put forward, and compared with adding demulsifier, the result of 70 鈩,
