铝盐在污泥颗粒化进程中的强化作用及其空间分布
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the strengthening effect of aluminum salt on aerobic granular sludge formation, the formation of granular sludge was promoted by adding polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and aluminum sulfate into different SBR reactors at 1016 days. The effects of different aluminum salt coagulants on the characteristics of granular sludge were discussed, and the variation of mass fraction and spatial distribution of aluminum in sludge growth were analyzed. The results show that the addition of aluminum salt accelerates the granulation process of sludge and has an effect on the chemical structure of EPS in mature granular sludge. The aluminum content in sludge added with PAC decreased from 30.46% to 0.43 in 1629 days, and the aluminum content in sludge added with aluminum sulfate decreased from 45.69% to 13.29%. After adding PAC, the hydrolytic products mainly distributed in the periphery of sludge floc. With the maturation of particles, the distribution of aluminum in sludge was lower than the detection limit, and aluminum sulfate was in full contact with sludge after hydrolysis and polymerization. The distribution of Al element in the whole particle is mainly concentrated in the center of the particle after maturation. These results suggest that the role of the two aluminum salts in the process of granular sludge formation may be different. The main reason for the addition of PACs is to promote the secretion of EPS from sludge and to accumulate microbes, while the addition of aluminum sulfate is mainly to form the crystal nucleus and strengthen the production of EPS. Thus accelerating the formation of granular sludge.
