媒介使用、信息认知能力与公众的环境科学知识获

【摘要】:利用中国综合社会调查2013年的数据,使用回归分析研究了媒介使用和信息认知能力对于公众环境科学知识获取的影响。结果表明,媒介使用能够同时提升客观环境知识水平和主观环境知识感知,信息认知能力在媒介使用与客观/主观环境知识间起到了正向调节作用。具体的媒介效果分析显示,传统媒介使用对于客观/主观环境知识均具有显著的正向效应,新媒介使用只与客观环境知识存在显著的正相关。传统媒介中,报纸使用与客观/主观环境知识均存在显著的正相关,杂志使用仅与客观环境知识存在显著的正相关,广播与电视使用仅与主观环境知识存在显著的正相关;新媒介中,互联网使用能够同时对客观/主观环境知识产生积极影响,手机使用与环境知识间没有显著的相关性。文章还讨论了研究发现在政策层面的意义。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China Comprehensive Social Survey in 2013, the effects of media use and information cognitive ability on public environmental scientific knowledge acquisition were studied by regression analysis. The results show that media use can improve both the level of objective environmental knowledge and the perception of subjective environmental knowledge, and the ability of information cognition plays a positive role in regulating media use and objective / subjective environmental knowledge. Specific media effect analysis shows that traditional media use has significant positive effect on objective / subjective environmental knowledge, and new media use only has significant positive correlation with objective environmental knowledge. In traditional media, there is a significant positive correlation between newspaper use and objective / subjective environmental knowledge, magazine use only with objective environmental knowledge, and radio and television use with subjective environmental knowledge. In the new media, Internet use can positively affect objective / subjective environmental knowledge at the same time, and there is no significant correlation between mobile phone use and environmental knowledge. The paper also discusses the significance of the findings at the policy level.
