净水污泥脱水效能与机理研究

【摘要】:本文采用有机絮凝剂阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)和无机絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁(PFS)为代表,采用污泥比阻(SRF)为主要指标,同时考察上清液浊度、污泥沉降比、含水率和脱水率等为辅助指标研究净水污泥脱水效能。通过加入硝酸铈(Ce(NO_3)_3)改变污泥性质,探讨其对污泥脱水性能影响。通过对净水污泥进行EDX、XRD、SEM、FIRT等表征,研究其脱水机理。研究结果如下:(1)选用CPAM作为絮凝剂,探究混凝工艺参数,CPAM投加量为70mg/L,污泥絮凝脱水实验搅拌参数为转速200r/min、时间120s时,污泥比阻为0.53*10~9·S~2/g,对比阻的去除率达到80.22%,污泥沉降比降至68%,浊度由21.4NTU降至10.87NTU,含水率降至81.7%,脱水率增至81.4%。(2)CPAM的絮凝效果较好。在1000 m L污泥中,当CPAM投加量为80 mg/L候,污泥比阻降至0.48*10~9·S~2/g,比阻去除率达到82.0%,脱水效能最佳。PFS投加量在600 mg/L时达到最佳,污泥比阻降至0.45*10~9·S~2/g,比阻去除率达到83.2%。(3)表征分析:改性后净水污泥特征衍射峰较尖锐,说明改性后的污泥中SiO_2、Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3的结晶度越好。(4)温度和pH对改性污泥比阻有一定的影响,当温度为30℃时,污泥比阻为0.42*10~9·S~2/g,比阻去除率达到84.33%。在最佳温度(30℃)控制下,pH为7,污泥比阻为0.39*10~9·S~2/g,比阻去除率达到85.45%,污泥脱水效能较高。(5)改性絮凝法调质与单独使用絮凝剂调质相比较,污泥比阻去除率提高10%,含水率降低了7%左右。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the organic flocculant cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) and inorganic flocculant polyferric sulfate (PFS) were used as the representative, the sludge specific resistance (SRF) was used as the main index, the turbidity of the supernatant and the sludge sedimentation ratio were also investigated. Water content and dewatering rate were used as auxiliary indexes to study the dewatering efficiency of water purification sludge. The effects of cerium nitrate (Ce (NO_3) 3) on sludge dewatering were studied. The dewatering mechanism of purified sludge was studied by EDX,XRD,SEM,FIRT. The results are as follows: (1) using CPAM as flocculant, the coagulation process parameters are investigated. The dosage of CPAM is 70 mg / L, and the stirring parameter of sludge flocculation dewatering experiment is 200rmin, 120s. The specific resistance of sludge is 0.53 ~ 109S ~ (2 / g), the removal rate of contrast resistance is 80.22, the sludge settling ratio is down to 68, the turbidity is reduced from 21.4NTU to 10.87 NTU, the water content is reduced to 81.7 and the dehydration rate is increased to 81.4. (2) the flocculation effect of CPAM is better. In 1000 mL sludge, when the dosage of CPAM is 80 mg/L, the specific resistance of sludge is reduced to 0.48 ~ 109SU / g, the specific resistance removal rate reaches 82.0, and the dehydration efficiency is the best. When the dosage of PFS is 600 mg/L, the sludge specific resistance is the best. The specific resistance of the modified sludge was reduced to 0.45 ~ 109S ~ (2 / g), and the specific resistance removal rate was 83.2%. (3) characterization analysis: the characteristic diffraction peak of the modified sludge was sharp, which indicated that the crystallinity of SiO_2,Al_2O_3,Fe_2O_3 in the modified sludge was better.
