燃煤锅炉氮氧化物排放控制研究

【摘要】:本文通过分析我国能源结构特点及电力行业的发展趋势,得出一个结论,燃煤发电作为我国电源结构中的重要组成部分,在未来几十年里不会有太大改变,所以燃煤发电的污染物控制刻不容缓。本文以氮氧化物为切入点,详细阐述了其生成机理,影响因素以及当前主流的控制技术,并以华能北京热电厂2013年进行的燃烧调整试验为工程实例,详细解读了其燃烧调整过程以及取得的成果,得出氮氧化物可以通过一定的燃烧调整而使其生成量大幅度降低,同时本文也提出了一些节能减排的意见和建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the characteristics of energy structure and the development trend of power industry in China, this paper draws a conclusion that coal-fired power generation, as an important part of power structure in China, will not change much in the next few decades. Therefore, the control of pollutants in coal-fired power generation is urgent. In this paper, the formation mechanism, influencing factors and current mainstream control technology of nitrogen oxides are described in detail, and the combustion adjustment test carried out in Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Plant in 2013 is taken as an engineering example. The combustion adjustment process and the results obtained are interpreted in detail, and it is concluded that nitrogen oxides can greatly reduce their production through certain combustion adjustment. At the same time, some suggestions and suggestions on energy saving and emission reduction are also put forward in this paper.
