济南市的主要生态与环境问题及对策研究

   城市发展和生态过程之间存在着错综复杂的关系,城市的发展是多种作用力量在时间和空间尺度上选择和作用的宏观结果。土地利用方式的转变、生境的片段化、水文系统的断裂化以及能流和物流循环的改变等等都影响到了生态系统的结构和功能。区域尺度上的环境变化对人类及人类的活动都有着重要的影响。 近些年来,济南面临着许多生态与环境问题,比如植被覆盖度较低,城市人口膨胀,地下水资源持续枯竭,城区污染的加剧以及生物多样性的降低等。这些问题已经严重阻碍了济南整个城市的可持续发展。城市化进程必将引起工业和商业区域格局的转换,同时也不可避免的带来城区的生态系统的破坏。例如济南西南部的刘长山,东北部的驴山和东南部的小狸猫山的生态问题都迫切需要生态学家的介入。 本文以“济南的主要生态与环境问题及对策”为题开展对济南城市生态系统的研究。 选择济南作为研究对象有三个主要原因。第一,考虑到济南的地理位置和经济活动中心的地位,济南生态保护与恢复的经验一定能为中国北方的其他城市提供借鉴,也同样可以应用到国外。第二,作者吃惊的发现济南是中国面临生态学问题的城市之一。这些发现可能来自政府,政府在第十个五年计划中对生态和环境保护投入了前所未有的重视。第三,这项研究也对包括山东省在内的一些省份开展生态省规划具有帮助。最后作者所在实验室的老师和同学已经在济南市进行了长期的研究,可以对本人研究城市生态学提供丰富的经验。因此对一个留学生而言,作者认为城市生态学研究是一个很好的学习和研究的机会。 这篇学术论文尝试对城市区域进行生态评价,正如我们所阐述的那样,生态过程是十分复杂的,研究十分困难,因此本文将集中在三个主要方面进行探讨:城市植被、城市空气污染和城市人口,然后对人口和公共环境设施进行的变化进行了比较。本研究致力于成为解决济南生态问题的一个阶段。 为了体现本研究内容和目的,全文由五章构成,除第一章之外,每章分别由引言(介绍)、研究方法、结果、讨论和总结组成。
