基于合作博弈理论的共同配送联盟利润分配策略优化研究

【摘要】:随着经济的不断发展,电子商务迅速崛起,带动了物流行业的发展,大量中小型物流企业涌现。物流行业竞争压力不断增大,物流企业为保持长期稳定发展纷纷采取合作配送的方式以突出自身发展优势。目前,共同配送已经成为配送行业的发展趋势。共同配送有多种应用模式和利润分配方法。企业可以选择一种合适的共同配送模式来降低物流成本,增强企业的核心竞争力。科学合理的选择共同配送模式是物流企业发展的前提条件,而共同配送利润的合理分配才是共同配送实际应用中的重点,基于合作博弈理论的Shapley值法经常应用于共同配送模式中,使得联盟利润分配更加合理。本文从共同配送整体角度出发,提出了一种由物流服务供应商优化和协调多方物流企业的共同配送联盟模式。首先根据所选择的模式构建了运输路径优化模型,模型以总配送费用最小为目标函数,利用MATLAB对运输路径问题求解,得出共同配送联盟产生的利润;再利用Shapley值法对合作产生的利润进行合理分配;通过分析成本节约比例找到最优联盟利润分配策略,给出最佳设计方案。最后通过案例分析,验证了这种共同配送联盟模式的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the economy, the rapid rise of e-commerce, led the development of the logistics industry, a large number of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises emerged. In order to maintain long-term and stable development, logistics enterprises have adopted cooperative distribution to highlight their own development advantages. Joint distribution has become the development trend of the distribution industry. There are many application modes and profit distribution methods for joint distribution. Enterprises can choose a suitable joint distribution mode to reduce logistics costs. To enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Scientific and reasonable choice of joint distribution model is the prerequisite for the development of logistics enterprises, and the reasonable distribution of joint distribution profits is the key point in the practical application of joint distribution. The Shapley value method based on cooperative game theory is often applied to the joint distribution model, which makes the distribution of alliance profit more reasonable. This paper proposes a joint distribution alliance model by logistics service providers to optimize and coordinate multi-party logistics enterprises. Firstly, the transport path optimization model is constructed according to the selected model. Taking the minimum total distribution cost as the objective function, the model uses MATLAB to solve the transportation path problem and obtains the profit generated by the joint distribution alliance. Then the Shapley value method is used to distribute the profit generated by the cooperation. By analyzing the cost saving ratio to find the optimal profit distribution strategy of the alliance, the optimal design scheme is given. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the joint distribution alliance model are verified by a case study.
