复杂目标瞬态电磁散射的时域积分方程方法分析

【摘要】:色散媒质和随机媒质在军事隐身技术、材料科学、生物电磁学和微波器件设计等工程领域使用广泛,研究这类复杂媒质的电磁特性对推动相关学科的理论发展和技术创新具有重要意义。由于色散媒质本构关系的复杂性以及随机媒质电磁参数的不确定性,时域积分方程方法作为一种数值方法如何实现精确、高效解决复杂目标瞬态电磁特性问题一直是学者们关注的重点。本文利用基于时间步进(MOT)的时域积分方程方法分析色散媒质瞬态电磁散射。该方法在分析色散媒质时对体极化电流进行离散,简化了对色散媒质时域递归卷积的处理,与使用电通量密度进行离散的时域积分方程方法相比具有内存消耗少和计算时间短的优势。此外,工程实际中的分析对象一般是金属介质混合的,故又将此方法拓展到分析色散媒质与金属混合目标的电磁特性问题。针对介电参数具有不确定性的随机媒质电磁散射特性分析,本文提出基于MOT的时域积分方程方法与多项式混沌展开(PC)方法相结合的随机伽辽金(SG)时域积分方程方法。分别对相对介电参数服从高斯分布和均匀分布的随机媒质及其与金属混合目标的瞬态电磁散射特性进行研究,通过与传统的蒙特卡罗方法进行对比,验证本文方法的正确性和高效性。
[Abstract]:Dispersive media and random media are widely used in military stealth technology, material science, bioelectromagnetics and microwave device design, etc. It is of great significance to study the electromagnetic properties of this kind of complex media to promote the theoretical development and technological innovation of related disciplines. Due to the complexity of constitutive relations of dispersive media and the uncertainty of electromagnetic parameters of random media, How can the time domain integral equation method be used as a numerical method to achieve accuracy, In this paper, the time-domain integral equation method based on time-stepping MOT is used to analyze the transient electromagnetic scattering of dispersive media. The bulk polarization current is discretized. The recursive convolution of dispersive media in time domain is simplified. Compared with the discrete time domain integral equation method using flux density, it has the advantages of less memory consumption and shorter computing time. In engineering practice, the object of analysis is usually mixed with metal medium, so the method is extended to analyze the electromagnetic characteristics of dispersive medium and metal mixed target. The electromagnetic scattering characteristics of random medium with uncertain dielectric parameters are analyzed. In this paper, a stochastic Galerkin time domain integral equation method based on MOT and polynomial chaotic expansion method is proposed. The relative dielectric parameters are obtained by using random media with Gao Si distribution and uniform distribution, respectively. The transient electromagnetic scattering characteristics of mass and its mixed target with metal are studied. By comparing with the traditional Monte Carlo method, the correctness and efficiency of this method are verified.
