厕蝇属Fannia R-D.明厕蝇种团F.serena-group系统分类及生物地理研究

【摘要】:明厕蝇种团serena-group隶属于双翅目Diptera环裂亚目Cyclorrhaph中有瓣蝇类Calyptratae蝇总科Muscoidea的厕蝇科Fanniidae厕蝇属Fannia,是厕蝇属Fannia一个较为原始的类群。本项研究共检视有瓣蝇类标本3124号,其中厕蝇标本463号(包括模式标本38号);收集并查阅相关文献130余篇(部),其中翻译外文文献90余篇;绘制结构图93幅,并拍摄模式标本彩色照片9幅。其研究成果体现在如下方面:形态分类方面,系统地总结并记述明厕蝇种团serena-group共35种,其中包含3种新物种,1种中国新纪录种,3个新种分别为:金缘厕蝇Fannia sp.1,暗瓣厕蝇Fannia sp.2及拟文厕蝇Fannia sp.3,中国新纪录种为:无斑厕蝇Fannia immaculata。物种描述,编制明厕蝇种团serena-group分亚种团、分种检索表。系统发育研究方面,应用支序系统学研究方法,进行特征状态及演化极向的判定。建立自然的分类系统,运用PAUP(4.0)软件来进行计算。从系统发育树中得出该类群的进化关系区系演化研究方面,运用ARC-GIS软件,绘制物种分布图,从分布图上直观的观察物种的分布特点。统计出世界六大动物地理届中古北界、东洋界和新北界特有物种。根据其地理分布纪录,对明厕蝇种团serena-group物种进行了世界动物地理界的界别归属。
[Abstract]:Serena-group belongs to the genus Fannia, Fanniidae of the family Muscoidea of the family Calyptratae flies, which belongs to the Cyclorrhaph of Diptera. It is a primitive group of Fannia. In this study, a total of 3124 fly specimens were examined, of which 463 were collected from toilet flies (including 38 type specimens), over 130 articles were collected and consulted (including 90 translated foreign documents), 93 structural diagrams were drawn. And take 9 color photos of pattern specimen. The results are as follows: in the aspect of morphological classification, 35 species of serena-group were summarized and recorded systematically. There are three new species in China: Fannia sp. 1, Fannia sp.2 and Fannia sp. 3. The new record species in China are Fannia immaculata. The species description, serena-group subspecies group and species index table were compiled. In the research of phylogeny, the method of branch systematics is used to judge the characteristic state and evolution polarity. To establish a natural classification system, using PAUPX 4.0) software to calculate. From the phylogenetic tree, it is concluded that the phylogenetic relationship of this group is studied. The species distribution map is drawn by using ARC-GIS software, and the distribution characteristics of species are observed intuitively from the distribution map. The species endemic to the Middle Paleozoic, the Oriental and the New North in the six major zoogeographical regions of the world are statistically analyzed. According to its geographical distribution records, the serena-group species of fly-fly species in the world belong to the field of zoogeography.
