内蒙古退化典型草原不同封育年限样地昆虫多样性研究

【摘要】:本研究采用棋盘取样法对内蒙古退化典型草原不同封育年限的样地A、B、C(分别为围封32年、围封19年、未围封)内的昆虫群落组成、群落多样性及时间动态、群落稳定性及昆虫群落与环境因子的关系进行了初步调查。结果表明:(1)调查共采集到昆虫成虫标本25020号,隶属于8目70科。其中双翅目 Diptera(25 科)、半翅目 Hemiptera(14 科)、鞘翅目 Coleoptera(14 科)、膜翅目Hymenoptera(9科)为优势目。A样地的优势科为飞虱科、蚜科,B样地的优势科为飞虱科、叶蝉科,C样地的优势科为飞虱科、叶蝉科和蚜科。(2)样地内个体数量排序为:A样地(9447)C样地(9282)B样地(6291);丰富度指数A样地最高(126),C样地最低(107),各样地间差异显著;多样性指数A样地最高(3.8581),C样地最低(2.8594),A、B样地差异不显著,二者与C样地有显著差异;均匀度指数A样地最高(0.7977),C样地最低(0.6119),C样地均匀度显著低于A、B样地;优势度指数C样地最高(0.1395),A样地最低(0.0333),三样地间差异显著。(3)各样地内昆虫群落表现出明显的时序动态变化。7月份样地内昆虫最为繁盛,昆虫个体数量、物种丰富度、多样性指数、均匀度指数最高值均出现在A样地,其次是B样地,C样地最低。各样地均5月优势度最高,C样地的优势度高于A、B样地(5月份除外)。(4)不同封育年限样地中,天敌昆虫数量A样地B样地C样地,植食性昆虫数量C样地B样地A样地,中性昆虫数量C样地A样地B样地。群落稳定性总体为A样地B样地C样地,但受季节影响较大。(5)昆虫群落与环境因子分析表明,植物高度影响最大,其他依次为植物盖度、植物种类和植物丰度。
[Abstract]:In this study, a chessboard sampling method was used to investigate the composition of insect community, community diversity and time dynamics, community stability and the relationship between insect community and environmental factors in A, B, C (peri sealed 32 years, 19 years not enclosed), and the relationship between insect community and environmental factors. (4) the number of natural enemy insects in A like land B like land, and the number of phytophagous insects in B like terrestrial A like land, and the number of neutral insects. C sample plots A like land B samples. Community stability was generally A like B like land C like land, but affected by the season. (5) analysis of insect community and environmental factors showed that plant height had the greatest influence, and the others were plant coverage, plant species and plant abundance.
