因果关系在共享意向实验中的应用

【摘要】:格兰杰因果关系(GC)作为最著名的经典因果关系方法之一,主要是用以表明事物之间的因果关系影响,并且广泛应用在不同领域,例如经济学、神经科学领域。近年来,胡三清教授提出了新的因果关系方法,被称作新型因果关系(NC)。经过对比,它要比格兰杰因果关系更加合理和更让人容易理解。在本文中,我们将格兰杰因果关系方法和新型因果关系方法应用于共享意向实验(SIE),共享意向认知行为是认知神经科学和心理学中的一个重要的心理过程。我们使用了来自共享意向实验的6组受试者头皮脑电信号(EEG)来研究不同区域的因果关系流向。本文主要研究大脑皮层的九个区域:F3(额叶皮质的左侧区域),Fz(额叶皮质的中央区域),F4(额叶皮质的右侧区域),C3(中央皮质的左侧区域),Cz(中央皮质的中央区域),C4(中央皮质的右侧区域),P3(顶叶皮质的左侧区域),Pz(顶叶皮质的中央区域),P4(顶叶皮质的右侧区域),其被认为是用于观察头皮脑电信号(EEG)是否能够产生关于较高认知功能中偶然同步脑活动的最佳位置。外国学者在此实验基础上研究在共享意向行为认知过程中F3、Fz、F4、Cz、C4、P3、Pz、P4区域和C3区域之间具有同步现象且具有很高的相关性。我们的研究结果表明这些区域之间具有以下结论:(1)在时域中,当两个参与者都参与共享意向实验的三个状态((a)参与者的眼睛集中在彼此的手指运动(40?50s),(b)手指运动期间参与者眼神游离(60?70s),(c)手指运动期间(80?90s)参与者闭上眼睛)时,使用格兰杰因果关系方法和新型因果关系方法都可以得出:从F3/Fz/F4/Cz/C4/P3/Pz/P4区域到C3区域有很强的定向连通性。(2)在时域中,在(a)(b)(c)三个状态期间,新型因果关系方法比格兰杰因果关系方法更清楚地显示从F3/Fz/F4/Cz/C4/P3/Pz/P4区域到C3区域具有强的定向连通性。(3)在频域中,(a)(b)(c)的三个状态期间,F3/Fz/F4/Cz/C4/P3/Pz/P4区域到C3区域在8?13Hz节律中存在明显的因果影响,即F3/Fz/F4/Cz/C4/P3/Pz/P4到C3的因果关系值明显要比从C3到F3/Fz/F4/Cz/C4/P3/Pz/P4区域的因果关系值大,也就是说F3/Fz/F4/Cz/C4/P3/Pz/P4对C3有很强的因果关系影响。(4)在频域中,新型因果关系方法比格兰杰因果关系方法可以更好地揭示9个区域(F3、Fz、F4、C3、Cz、C4、P3、Pz、P4)在共享意向实验中尤其在8~13 Hz节律中的因果关系流向即F3/Fz/F4/Cz/C4/P3/Pz/P4对C3具有很强的因果关系。
[Abstract]:As one of the most famous classical causality methods, Granger causality is mainly used to indicate the causality between things, and it is widely used in different fields, such as economics and neuroscience. In recent years, Professor Hu Sanqing has proposed a new causality method, which is called a new causality. By contrast, it is more reasonable and understandable than Granger causality. In this paper, we apply Granger causality method and new causality method to shared intention experiment. Shared intention cognitive behavior is an important psychological process in cognitive neuroscience and psychology. We used scalp EEG signals (EGG) from six groups of participants in a shared intention experiment to study the causal flow in different regions. In this paper, we studied nine regions of the cerebral cortex: F3 (the left region of the frontal cortex) FZ (the central region of the frontal cortex, F4), the right region of the frontal cortex (the right region of the frontal cortex, C3), and the left region of the central cortex, CzZC (the central cortex of the central cortex, C4). The right region of the parietal cortex, P3 (the left region of the parietal cortex), P4 (the right region of the parietal cortex), is thought to be used to observe whether the scalp EEG signal (EGG) can produce a coincidence in relation to higher cognitive function. The best location for walking brain activity. On the basis of this experiment, foreign scholars have studied that there is a high correlation and synchronization between the C _ 3 region and the C _ 3 region in the process of shared intentional behavior cognition. Our results show that there is the following conclusion between these regions: 1) in time domain, When both participants participated in the three states of shared intention experiment) the participants' eyes were concentrated on each other's finger movements (40 / 50 s / b) the participants' eyes were free 60 / 70 s / c during finger exercise) and the participants' eyes were closed during finger exercise). Using both the Granger causality method and the new causality method, it can be concluded that from F3 / FZ / F4 / CzC4 / P3 / P4 to the C3 region with very strong directional connectivity, in the time domain, during the three states of F3 / FZ / F4 / CzC4 / P3 / P4, The new causality method shows more clearly than the Granger causality method that from the F3 / FZ / F4 / F4 / CzC4 / P3 / P4 region to the C3 region with strong directional connectivity, there is a significant causal effect in the 813Hz rhythm in the F3 / FZ / F4 / C4 / P3PzP 4 region to the C3 region during the three states in the frequency domain. That is, the causality value of F3 / FZ / F4 / CzC4 / P3 / P4 to C3 is significantly larger than that of the region from C3 to F3 / F4 / F4 / CzC4 / P3 / P4, which means that F3 / FZ / F4 / P4 / P4 has a very strong causal effect on C3. Compared with the Granger causality method, the new causality method can better reveal the causality direction of F3 / Fzr / F4 / P4 / P3 / P4 for C3 in the shared intention experiment, especially in the 813 Hz rhythm (F3 / FZ / F4 / CzC4 / P3 / P4).
