高分辨率整层大气透过率直接测量技术研究

【摘要】:整层大气透过率是反映大气辐射传输特性的重要参数,在大气辐射、地球资源遥感、空气质量监测以及目标识别等研究中均具有重要意义。常用的整层大气透过率测量装置,如太阳辐射计和傅立叶变换光谱仪等,难以兼顾高分辨率以及便携机动等光电工程应用的需求。为此,本文基于一种高灵敏度光谱探测技术,围绕整层大气透过率的直接测量开展了相关研究,取得的主要成果如下:(1)基于激光外差光谱探测技术,结合目标跟踪装置自行研制了一套中波红外波段的高分辨率整层大气透过率直接测量系统,详细分析了测量系统中各关键环节的噪声情况,该测量系统的信噪比为513.2,光谱分辨率达到了0.006cm-1。(2)利用建立的高分辨率整层大气透过率测量系统,采用Langley-plot定标法对系统进行了外场标定,开展了合肥地区春季、秋季两个典型季节的外场测量与对比分析,获得了 4.497微米波段整层大气透过率的直接测量数据,并与MODTRAN 5.0模式软件计算的结果进行了对比分析,两者一致性较好,验证了该测量系统的可行性,证明了激光外差探测技术在大气探测方面的优势和潜力。(3)在晴朗、少云的天气条件下,合肥地区春季整层大气透过率的变化范围为0.156~0.708,均值、标准偏差分别为0.435、0.128;秋季整层大气透过率的变化范围为0.192~0.639,均值、标准偏差分别为0.397、0.128。从整层大气透过率的概率分布来看,低于0.3的概率分别为15%(春季)、11%(秋季),透过率分布在0.3~0.5之间的概率为53%(春季)、63%(秋季),透过率分布在0.5~0.7之间的概率为32%(春季)、26%(秋季)。
[Abstract]:The transmittance of the whole atmosphere is an important parameter to reflect the characteristics of atmospheric radiation transmission. It is of great significance in the study of atmospheric radiation, remote sensing of earth resources, air quality monitoring and target recognition. Conventional full-layer atmospheric transmittance measurement devices, such as solar radiometers and Fourier transform spectrometers, can hardly meet the needs of optoelectronic engineering applications such as high resolution and portable maneuverability. Therefore, based on a kind of high sensitivity spectral detection technology, the related research is carried out around the direct measurement of atmospheric transmittance of whole layer. The main results are as follows: (1) based on laser heterodyne spectrum detection technology, Combined with the target tracking device, a direct measurement system of high resolution full-layer atmospheric transmittance in the middle wave infrared band is developed. The noise of every key link in the measurement system is analyzed in detail. The SNR of the system is 513.2. The spectral resolution is 0.006cm-1.2.Using the high resolution full-layer atmospheric transmittance measurement system, the system has been calibrated by Langley-plot calibration method, and the spring of Hefei area has been carried out. The direct measurement data of atmospheric transmittance of 4.497 micron band are obtained from the field measurements and comparative analysis of two typical seasons in autumn. The results are compared with those calculated by MODTRAN 5. 0 model software. The results are in good agreement with each other. The feasibility of the measurement system is verified, and the advantages and potential of laser heterodyne detection technology in atmospheric detection are proved. (3) in sunny and less cloud weather, The range of atmospheric transmittance in spring in Hefei is 0.156 ~ 0.708, the mean value and standard deviation are 0.435 ~ 0.128; The range of atmospheric transmittance in autumn is 0.192 ~ 0.639, and the standard deviation is 0.3977 ~ 0.128, respectively. From the probability distribution of atmospheric transmittance of the whole layer, the probability of less than 0.3 is 15% (in spring), 11% (in autumn), 53% (in spring) and 63% (in autumn) when the transmittance distribution is between 0.3 and 0.5. The probability of transmittance between 0.5 and 0.7 is 32% (in spring) and 26% (in autumn).
