兰科红门兰族的分子系统学研究

【摘要】:红门兰族约有68个属,2000多种,.为兰科物种多样性最高的族之一,遍布于新世界和旧世界的热带以及北温带地区,该族的红门兰亚族类群是中国兰亚科植物中属种多样性最高的类群。红门兰族的分子系统学研究是兰科相关研究中的疑难类群之一,族内许多分类群间的界定和系统关系一直存在争论,许多成员之间的关系仍未清楚。本研究通过增加样品数(61个属363种)和分子标记数(2个核基因片段Xdh和ITS以及5个叶绿体片段trnL-F、rbcL、trnS-frnG、mafK和psbA-trnH)重建系统发育树。主要研究结果如下:1.亚族系统发育结果显示Pachites与除Brownleeinae以外的类群成姐妹关系,Huttonaea与除Brownleeinae和Pachites以外的类群成姐妹关系。该结果支持将Pachites和Huttonaes从原归属的Disinae亚族中移出,并新建亚族Pachitinae G.Z.ChenS.P.Chen subtri.nova和恢复亚族HuttonaeinaeSchltr.。红门兰族应该划分为6亚族,关系为(Brownleeinae(Pachiteinae(Huttonaeinae(Orchidinae(Coryciinae,Disinae)))))。2.红门兰亚族是红门兰族属种多样性最高和分子系统学争议最大的亚族,研究结果表明该亚族为单系,分为明显的8个类群:鸟足兰属,玉凤花属群系,Schizochilus,苞叶兰属,无柱兰属群系,Chamorchis,红门兰属群系,舌唇兰属群系。3.分子系统学结果显示玉凤花属群系中的玉凤花属和角盘兰属为多系,支持无柱兰属群系划分为大花组sect.Pinguiculae、sect Lepidum(新拟)、舌喙组sect Heipilia、滇蜀组sect.Tetralbae、南湖组 sect Alpetres、小蝶组 sect Ponerorchis 和兜被组sect.Neottianthe等7组,舌唇兰属群系中的舌唇兰属为多系。
[Abstract]:There are about 68 genera and more than 2000 species of Hongmenlan. The species diversity of Orchidaceae is the highest in the tropical and northern temperate regions of the new world and the old world. The Hongmenlanya group is the most diverse species of the Orchidaceae in China. The study of molecular systematics in Hongmenlan is one of the difficult groups in the study of Orchidaceae. The definition and systematic relationship among many taxonomic groups in the family have been debated, and the relationship among many members is still unclear. The phylogenetic tree was reconstructed by increasing the number of samples (61 genera and 363 species) and molecular markers (2 nuclear gene fragments Xdh and ITS and 5 chloroplast fragments trnL-F,rbcL,trnS-frnG,mafK and psbA-trnH). The main findings are as follows: 1. The phylogenetic results showed that Pachites was sister to cluster except Brownleeinae, and Huttonaea was sister to cluster except Brownleeinae and Pachites. This result supports the removal of Pachites and Huttonaes from the original Disinae subfamily, and the creation of a new subfamily Pachitinae G.Z.ChenS.P.Chen subtri.nova and the restoration of the subfamily HuttonaeinaeSchltr.. The Hongmenlan nationality should be divided into 6 sub-groups, the relationship of which is (Brownleeinae (Pachiteinae (Huttonaeinae (Orchidinae (Coryciinae,Disinae). The species diversity and molecular phylogeny of Hongmenlanya are the highest and the most controversial in molecular systematics. The results show that the subspecies are monophyletic and can be divided into eight distinct groups: Orchidophyllum, Yufeng Flora, Schizochilus, 's bract and Orchidophyllum, and the results of the study show that the subfamily is a monophyletic group and can be divided into 8 groups. Orchidophyllum, Chamorchis, Gymnolia, Coleophora, etc.-3. The results of molecular phylogeny showed that the genus Yufenghua and the genus Corydalis were multilineage, which supported the division of the Aristolochia group into sect.Pinguiculae,sect Lepidum (new model), sect Heipilia, Yunnan-Shu formation, sect.Tetralbae, Nanhu formation, sect Alpetres, and the tongue-beak group (sect Heipilia,-Yunnan-Shu formation, sect.Tetralbae,-Nanhu formation). There were 7 groups (sect Ponerorchis, sect.Neottianthe) in the sphenoid group and sect.Neottianthe group, and the glossolla was multilineage in the genus Larix.
