人体组织偏振参数高分辨成像方法与系统研究

【摘要】:光学偏振参数成像技术有别于传统光学成像,其通过对多组偏振光强图像进行算法反演,提取出偏振参数进行成像,能够反映被测介质的结构和光学信息,具有提高成像分辨率的潜力。近年来在生物医学领域、天文学、大气遥感学及材料学等领域开展了大量的应用研究并取得了显著成果。本论文依据光波偏振参数成像的基本理论,推导了样品的光波参数消光角和相位延迟量、出射光Stokes矢量、Jones矩阵元、Muller矩阵元及Mueller矩阵元分解参数的表达式,并通过Matlab实现参数的算法反演。并通过相关硬件搭建和软件编写,设计和实现了偏振参数成像的自动化测量系统。基于该系统的自动化调制模块提出了一种标定波片快轴的简易方法,并解释了系统中圆偏检偏器内波片快轴方向和检偏器通光轴方向夹角设定原因。对人体大肠癌生物组织样本进行实验测量,发现Jones矩阵元参数成像分辨率要高于传统光学成像分辨率,并且Mueller矩阵元及Mueller矩阵参数分解对于癌变区域和健康区域具有较好的区分能力,能够辅助医生诊断,具有一定的临床医学价值。
[Abstract]:The optical polarization parameter imaging technology is different from the traditional optical imaging technology. It can reflect the structure and optical information of the measured medium by inverting the polarization intensity images and extracting the polarization parameters, which can reflect the structure and optical information of the measured medium. It has the potential to improve imaging resolution. In recent years, a large number of applied studies have been carried out in biomedical field, astronomy, atmospheric telepathy and material science, and remarkable achievements have been made. In this paper, according to the basic theory of optical wave polarization parameter imaging, the expressions of extinction angle and phase delay of light wave parameter, Stokes vector of outgoing light, Jones matrix element, Muller matrix element and Mueller matrix element decomposition parameter are derived. The algorithm inversion of parameters is realized by Matlab. The automatic measurement system of polarization parameter imaging is designed and realized by hardware construction and software programming. Based on the automatic modulation module of the system, a simple method for calibrating the fast axis of the wave plate is proposed, and the reasons for setting the angle between the fast axis of the wave plate and the direction of the optical axis of the polarizer in the circular polarizer are explained. Experimental measurements of human colorectal cancer biological tissue samples show that the resolution of Jones matrix meta-parameter imaging is higher than that of traditional optical imaging. Moreover, Mueller matrix element and Mueller matrix parameter decomposition have better ability to distinguish canceration region from healthy area, can assist doctors to diagnose, and have certain clinical medical value.
