面巾纸用柔滑剂的制备及应用研究

【摘要】:随着经济水平的日益增长,人们对生活质量也越来越重视。作为直接消费品的生活用纸如面巾纸、卫生纸等的质量要求也逐步提高。特别是面巾纸在使用过程中会多与人的口、鼻、眼等面部敏感皮肤直接接触,对于面巾纸的柔软性和顺滑性的要求,就显得尤为重要。研制与生产新型柔滑面巾纸,可以提高面巾纸的质量和附加值,并满足人们不同层次的消费需求。本研究以开发一种面巾纸用柔滑剂为研究目标,首先采用转相乳化法制备了一种氨基硅油乳液,考察了氨基硅油微乳化的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AE0-3和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10作为复合乳化剂,AEO-3与TX-10的质量比为5:7,复合乳化剂用量为氨基硅油质量的50%,体系的pH值为6.5,乳化温度为30℃时,可制得固含量为26.45%,平均粒径为16.33nm的透明稳定的氨基硅油微乳液。将氨基硅油微乳液采用喷涂的方式应用于面巾纸成品表面,随着氨基硅油微乳液喷涂量的增加,处理后的面巾纸柔软性增加、摩擦系数降低、强度性能降低、亲水性能降低。当氨基硅油微乳液的喷涂量在4%~6%时,面巾纸的技术指标符合超柔型纸巾纸的标准。为了进一步提高面巾纸的柔滑性,将甘油加入到氨基硅油微乳化过程中。当甘油用量为氨基硅油质量的150%时,可制备出固含量为39.57%,平均粒径为11.68nm透明均匀稳定的柔滑乳液。将柔滑乳液采用喷涂的方式应用于面巾纸成品表面,随着柔滑乳液喷涂量的增加,处理后的面巾纸柔软性增加、摩擦系数降低、强度性能降低、亲水性能略有降低。与氨基硅油微乳液喷涂处理面巾纸相比,柔滑乳液喷涂可使面巾纸的亲水性能得到改善。柔滑乳液的喷涂量控制在6%左右,面巾纸的技术指标符合超柔型纸巾纸的标准。最后将柔滑乳液用计量泵将柔滑乳液与高压水混合喷涂至纸机杨克烘缸上,用于抄造柔滑面巾纸,并考察了这种应用方式对于面巾纸的柔滑性能、强度性能和亲水性能的影响。研究结果表明,面巾纸的柔滑性能有了明显提升,强度性能和亲水性能略有下降,在涂布量为1.05%时,柔软度下降了 30.00%,柔软度越低柔软性越好,静摩擦系数下降了 19.04%,动摩擦系数下降了 25.99%,符合面巾纸的生产技术指标,适合运用于工厂生产柔滑面巾纸。
[Abstract]:With the increasing economic level, people pay more and more attention to the quality of life. As direct consumer products, such as tissue paper, toilet paper and so on, the quality requirements are also gradually raised. Direct contact with sensitive facial skin, such as nose and eye, is particularly important for the softness and smoothness of tissues. The development and production of new types of soft tissues can improve the quality and added value of tissues. The aim of this study was to develop a softener for tissue paper. Firstly, a kind of amino silicone oil emulsion was prepared by phase inversion emulsification. The optimum conditions for microemulsification of amino-silicone oil were investigated. The mass ratio of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether AE0-3 and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether TX-10 is 5: 7, the mass ratio of compound emulsifier to TX-10 is 5: 7, the dosage of compound emulsifier is 50% of the mass of amino-silicone oil, the pH value of the system is 6.5, and the emulsifying temperature is 30 鈩,
