泽泻目植物叶绿体基因组结构重排及大小变异研究

泽泻目是单子叶植物基部类群之一,该目包含了14科166属的水生植物,分布于世界各地。泽泻目是水体环境中重要的初级生产者,是水生动物的食物,其中一些植物,如水鳖科、泽泻科、花蔺科和水蕹科的一些物种可以作为水族馆和户外花园中的观赏性水生植物。泽泻目中的水生植物具有形态复杂多变等特点,长期以来,该目植物的分类鉴定一直存在困难,其系统发育等问题也一直存在争议。植物叶绿体基因组DNA序列及结构变异等能为解决植物的系统发育等提供丰富的、有价值的信息,近年来,叶绿体基因组已被广泛应用于系统发育与进化研究中。然而,泽泻目植物叶绿体基因组结构变异等的研究仍十分有限。本研究对泽泻目31个代表物种的叶绿体基因组进行了测序和组装,同时,从相关基因组数据库中下载了19个该目的叶绿体基因组,开展了泽泻目叶绿体基因组结构变化程度的研究。本研究结果发现泽泻目叶绿体基因组变异较大,大小从Zostera marina的143,877 bp到Alisma canaliculatum的179,839 bp;比较基因组分析显示在泽泻目中存在五种类型的基因倒置事件,例如,trnV-UAC-rbcL倒位发生在六个科中并形成一个单一...
