【摘要】：随着“互联网+”多屏全网跨平台的渗透,网络平台经济日益繁荣。平台经济已成为了二十一世纪新的经济模式。繁荣的平台经济催生了一批批网络经济平台。这些网络经济平台在彼此互争雄长的竞争中实现自我的更新换代,在彼此相待而成的关系中推动社会的日新月异。在这个过程中,一些平台逐渐从单平台向多平台共生的生态群演变,平台自身也从内部组织向平台领导的网络组织演化,成为具有人格化特质的平台领导。在“大众创业万众创新”的战略驱动下,这些网络经济平台领导突显了创业创新特性,协同双边市场用户、开发市场用户主体,实施创业行为。在这样的现实背景下,越来越多的社会主体,包括创业禀赋资源稀缺的“草根阶层”也开始选择基于平台领导的协同创业。他们中的很多人“赤手空拳”,却在网络平台创业中成为了“创一代”。在这个过程中,虽然创业者们对之趋之若鹜,但创业的结果并非人人得偿所愿,创业者的命运判若云泥。有些创业者可以赚得盆满钵盈,有些创业者则是血本无归。而且这种差距在近几年越发明显。是什么原因导致创业者间如此巨大的绩效差异?基于网络创业型平台领导的用户创业绩效的影响因素有哪些?用户协同创业行为又有哪些模式?这是当前摆在我们面前的一个重要研究课题。本研究依据“能力——情境(调节)——行为(中介)——绩效”的CCBP研究框架,以电子商务平台为实证研究对象,围绕“基于网络创业型平台领导特征调节作用的用户创业能力、行为及绩效关系研究”命题,开展了系列相关研究。这些研究依次探究了以下四个问题:网络创业型平台领导特征有哪些?用户创业能力、行为及绩效间的影响关系如何?网络创业型平台领导特征有无调节效应?基于网络创业型平台领导的用户协同创业行为又有哪些机制和模式?通过逐层深入研究,得到以下结论:首先,通过扎根理论的研究方法,探索并构建了网络创业型平台领导四维特征模型及其测度量表,具体包括权力特征、资源特征、开放创新特征及可持续发展动力特征。权力特征作为平台领导的一类特征,发挥着核心作用,具体体现为规则设计、监督等外显特征;资源特征作为平台领导的二类特征,包含用户资源、技术资源、信息资源及品牌资源4个外显特征;开放创新特征作为平台领导的二类特征,包含开放性、资源创新及共享等可观察特征;可持续发展动力特征作为评估平台领导未来发展潜力的指标,包含互动性、平台商业价值、创新机制等外显特征。其次,建构并验证了“网络平台用户创业能力——创业行为——创业绩效”的影响关系模型。研究者通过对义乌、杭州、广州、山东、江苏区域的多平台多主体实证调查,证实了用户创业机会能力、管理能力、技术能力及可持续能力对创业绩效有正向影响作用;创业机会能力、管理能力、技术能力及可持续能力对创业准备行为、创业执行行为都会产生正向作用;创业准备行为、创业执行行为对创业绩效也会产生比较显著的正向作用。除此之外,作为中介变量的创业准备行为对创业执行行为也有正向作用。第三,网络平台用户创业行为(创业准备行为、创业执行行为)在用户创业能力作用于创业绩效的过程中起中介作用。研究者运用Bootstrapping法分析创业行为中介效应,研究结果证实了存在两方面的中介效应。一是用户创业准备行为的中介效应:它在创业机会能力、管理能力、技术能力、可持续发展能力与创业执行行为间起中介作用,也在创业机会能力、管理能力、技术能力、可持续发展能力与创业绩效间起中介作用。二是用户创业执行行为的中介效应:它在创业机会能力、管理能力、技术能力、可持续发展能力与创业绩效间起中介作用,但其中介效应值整体低于创业准备行为的中介效用值。第四,作为情境因素而存在的网络创业型平台领导特征,对网络平台用户创业能力与创业行为间的影响关系起部分调节作用。研究者通过阶层回归分析,证实了其部分调节效应。一是权力特征在创业机会能力、创业可持续能力与创业准备行为间的影响关系中起调节作用,同时它也会在创业机会能力、创业技术能力与创业执行行为间的影响关系中起调节作用。二是资源特征会在创业机会能力、创业技术能力、创业可持续能力与创业准备行为间的影响关系中起调节作用,它也会在创业管理能力、创业技术能力与创业执行能力的影响关系中起调节作用。三是开放创新特征在创业机会能力、创业技术能力与创业准备行为或创业执行行为间的影响关系中都会起到不同程度的调节作用。四是可持续发展动力特征在创业机会能力、创业可持续能力与创业准备行为或创业执行行为间的影响关系中起调节作用。其中,在创业可持续能力与创业执行行为的影响关系中,它的调节效应更为显著。第五,基于网络创业型平台领导的用户协同创业依托的是多主体嵌入及开放创新的非线性互动机制,创业行为嵌入路径为平台开发嵌入及双边市场嵌入,创业运行载体为开放创新的子平台生态群,创业行为模式多为多属性用户的多线性创业。本文的创新之处在于其研究对象及内容。在研究对象上,本研究聚焦于网络平台用户创业。在当前方兴未艾的平台创业实践与相对贫乏的平台用户创业理论研究形成鲜明对比的时代背景下,这一研究命题具有较强的创新性及现实意义。在研究内容上,其创新之处在于:一是基于扎根理论,创新性地构建了网络创业型平台领导的特征模型及测度量表,丰富了平台理论研究体系;二是通过比较规范的实证研究,构建了“能力——情境——行为——绩效”的CCBP理论模型,拓展了创业理论研究模型;三是作为本文的扩展研究,研究者以嵌入式开放创新视角,分析了基于网络创业型平台领导的用户协同创业行为,从而比较全面、系统地分析了平台用户创业机制、载体及模式,推进平台用户创业研究体系的构建。
