库存水平影响变质效应的易逝品库存模型研究

【摘要】:上个世纪九十年代对易逝品的研究使得易逝品有关的研究积累了一系列的成果,随着科技的发展和经济环境的更新,原有的研究问题在新时期具有新的研究意义和研究必要性。易逝品作为零售行业中利润率较高的销售产品促进了零售业的发展,不同的研究出发点结合不同的现实背景得到了不同的管理结论。鉴于理论与实践存在的差异,原有的有关易逝品的研究结论在新的商业模式下或许变得不再适用,因此结合新的理论和现实问题发展新的理论模型十分必要,并且有利于丰富和发展易逝品自身的研究内容和范畴。本文从易逝品的固有属性出发,结合运营管理和市场营销以及生物学科领域的知识,创造性地将易逝品的传统模型进行了改造,并借助新的研究方法和视角对易逝品的库存管理问题进行了探讨。研究重点对易逝品的广告努力和利润最大化问题进行了分析,论文的主要研究内容、研究方法和研究创新主要如下:(1)研究了乙烯效应和广告努力情境下的易逝品库存管理模型。假设易逝品的数量会影响产品的变质程度,并构建了逆向库存影响需求的模型。基于控制理论方法,研究了二维微分方程,对易逝品的库存管理模型进行了理论研究和分析。研究给出了模型最优解存在的必要条件,模型部分重点分析了给定计划周期情境下的库存模型。研究假设需求受价格、商誉、库存影响,并对最后产品的情况也进行了补充说明。理论部分重点对最优广告存在的必要条件以及凹凸性问题进行了分析,同时给出了最优商誉和库存变化的表达式。由于模型结论的复杂性,分析部分采用矩阵的表达方式给出了最大利润的表达形式。(2)由于只研究一个零售商的广告努力使得模型的结论比较单一,缺少从系统的角度进行分析,而定价问题一直是库存管理理论研究的重点,因此分析动态定价成为进一步探讨的方向。本文对零售商实体店面客流量作用的阐述,给出了网络渠道是一种固有的现实竞争因素的理论假设,因此在模型的需求模型部分引入了产品渠道兼容度的概念来描述这种现象,同时假设商誉和价格共同影响市场需求。模型部分不考虑订货或缺货问题,仅对现有的库存进行广告努力分析。研究首先是假设零售价格固定,给出了广告努力的最优表达结果,同时借助控制理论对理论结果进行了说明。此外,假设零售价格动态变化,采用同样的理论分析求解得到最优广告努力和商誉的表达结果,对复杂结果进行算例分析给出直观表达图表。研究分析部分对动态策略和静态策略进行了横向和纵向对比,结合重要的参数对模型进行了敏感分析,结果总体认为静态定价的实施效果比动态定价好,但需要结合实际经营环境进行策略的灵活调整。研究还分析了资金周转率,对不同复杂的市场模拟环境进行了分析,分别给出了研究对策和建议。论文构建的易逝品模型更加贴近现实意义,且丰富和完善了以往的研究问题,在新的理论方法视角下,得到了一些具有创新性的研究结论。(3)讨论了二级供应链下的易逝品库存管理模型,并假设存在多个订货周期,供应商给予零售商按时补货,考虑了在学习效应影响下的库存管理模型。研究仍然集中在乙烯效应下的模型分析,研究重点在理论的推导和分析上。在给定的研究背景下,学习效应和乙烯效应的双重影响对供应链的整体利润会产生影响,因此从总体利润最大化的角度对模型进行了算例分析和探讨。研究对订货数量和乙烯强度的分析具有创新性,得到了一些新的结论和管理建议。对模型的求解部分,给出了利润最大化存在的必要条件以及优化分析结论。(4)借助控制理论方法来分析易逝品库存管理具有创新性,整合了运营管理和工程学科两方面因素。同时研究首次对易逝品的数量问题进行更加微观的分析,以更加贴近现实问题。此外,动态广告在易逝品的研究领域尚缺乏,采用多维微分方程来分析易逝品库存管理使得研究视角具有创新性。研究对单一零售商和二级供应链分别进行了分析,重点围绕易逝品的动态变质概念展开研究,并基于微分模型和控制理论来构建模型的分析部分。总体而言,基于动态变质的概念,发展和扩展了现有的易逝品研究范畴,完善了现有理论以及丰富了库存管理的研究内容。以上研究成果丰富和发展了传统易逝品库存管理理论的研究内容,并促进了学科交叉研究,能够为管理者提供更加具有现实意义的决策分析依据。
