低碳经济背景下装备制造企业行为演化研究

【摘要】:装备制造业作为国家战略产业,它承担着为国民经济各个行业提供技术装备的重要职责,其技术资金密集、吸纳就业能力强、产业关联度高,关系国家经济安全和国防安全,是国民经济健康发展和增强国家竞争力有着重要的意义的支柱性产业,是各行业产业升级、技术进步的重要保障,在我国国民经济发展中起着主导作用。但是,高能耗的装备制造企业引致环境问题同样也是制约可持续发展的关键要因之一。传统发展模式片面强调企业本身的刚性发展,相对疏于通过企业与环境间的互动来获取经济效益。因此,综合应用低碳经济理论、企业演化理论和系统科学相关理论,以广受关注的装备制造企业为研究对象,分析低碳经济背景下装备制造企业行为演化的影响因素,揭示其作用机制、演化机理及演化路径,为切实指导装备制造企业因地制宜的制定低碳经济发展战略,为实现装备制造企业和环境的协同发展提供一定的借鉴。首先,借鉴工业生态学、演化经济学、组织行为学等相关的理论,对低碳经济背景下装备制造企业行为演化的相关概念进行界定,详细分析在低碳经济背景下装备制造企业行为的目标、特征以及企业的经营理念。系统分析了低碳经济背景下我国装备制造企业行为的现状,并设计逻辑框架研究低碳经济背景下装备制造企业行为演化问题。第二,通过构建装备制造企业行为演化的环境-竞争力矩阵,详细分析了低碳经济背景下装备制造企业行为演化的影响因素,并通过实证研究进行了详细分析。第三,在构建低碳经济背景下装备制造企业行为演化复杂适应性系统的基础上,分别从分岔与变异机制、市场选择机制两个方面对装备制造企业行为演化机制进行分析,并描述了在低碳经济背景下装备制造企业行为演化的目标、特点和规律。第四,在分析装备制造企业行为演化路径特征的基础上,应用SWARM仿真平台,从企业成立阶段和企业成长阶段两个角度,对低碳经济背景下装备制造企业行为演化过程进行仿真模拟,并对不同阶段装备制造企业行为的演化路径进行描述。第五,针对低碳经济背景下装备制造企业行为演化某一时点的演化水平进行评价,即对装备制造企业行为演化水平进行综合评价,构建了装备制造企业行为演化水平评价的指标体系并进行了实证分析。最后,根据上述实证分析结果,结合相关理论,提出了低碳经济背景下装备制造企业行为演化对策建议,装备制造企业低碳行为模式的转变不仅要有政策的支持,更需要企业主动出击,积极推行低碳生产方式,加速低碳技术创新。
[Abstract]:As a national strategic industry, the equipment manufacturing industry undertakes the important responsibility of providing technical equipment for various industries of the national economy. Its technical capital is intensive, its ability to absorb employment is strong, and the industry is related to the national economic security and national defense security.It is a pillar industry with important significance for the healthy development of national economy and the enhancement of national competitiveness. It is also an important guarantee for the upgrading of industries and technological progress and plays a leading role in the development of our national economy.However, environmental problems caused by high energy consumption equipment manufacturing enterprises are also the key factors restricting sustainable development.The traditional development mode emphasizes the rigid development of the enterprise itself, but it is relatively neglected to obtain economic benefits through the interaction between the enterprise and the environment.Therefore, with the application of low-carbon economy theory, enterprise evolution theory and system science theory, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution in the context of low-carbon economy.It reveals its action mechanism, evolution mechanism and evolution path, and provides some reference for equipment manufacturing enterprises to make low-carbon economic development strategy according to local conditions, and to realize the coordinated development of equipment manufacturing enterprises and environment.First of all, referring to the theories of industrial ecology, evolutionary economics, organizational behavior and other related theories, this paper defines the related concepts of behavior evolution of equipment manufacturing enterprises in the context of low-carbon economy.This paper analyzes in detail the objectives, characteristics and management concepts of equipment manufacturing enterprises under the background of low carbon economy.This paper systematically analyzes the present situation of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior in the context of low carbon economy, and designs a logical framework to study the evolution of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior in the context of low carbon economy.Secondly, by constructing the environment-competitiveness matrix of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution, this paper analyzes in detail the influencing factors of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution in the context of low-carbon economy, and makes a detailed analysis through empirical research.Thirdly, on the basis of constructing complex adaptive system of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution under the background of low-carbon economy, this paper analyzes the evolution mechanism of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior from two aspects: bifurcation and variation mechanism, market selection mechanism, and so on.The objectives, characteristics and rules of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution are described in the context of low carbon economy.Fourthly, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the evolutionary path of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior, using the SWARM simulation platform, from the two angles of enterprise establishment stage and enterprise growth stage,This paper simulates the evolution process of equipment manufacturing enterprise behavior in the context of low-carbon economy, and describes the evolution path of equipment manufacturing enterprise behavior in different stages.Fifth, the paper evaluates the evolution level of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior at a certain point in the context of low-carbon economy, that is, the comprehensive evaluation of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution level.The evaluation index system of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution level is constructed and the empirical analysis is carried out.Finally, according to the above empirical analysis results, combined with the relevant theory, put forward the equipment manufacturing enterprise behavior evolution countermeasures under the low carbon economy background, the equipment manufacturing enterprise low carbon behavior pattern transformation must not only have the policy support.Enterprises need to take the initiative to promote low-carbon production methods and accelerate low-carbon technology innovation.
