【摘要】：我国城市长期处于快速发展的阶段,城市空间迅速蔓延的背后存在大量不合理、不科学的城市用地布局,导致城市用地性质变更的现象频繁发生。另外,我国经济的发展已经进入新常态,以增量和存量并存的城市增长模式将成为今后一段时间内城市功能空间开发的主要方式,城市功能的扩散与更替将成为城市增量和存量增长的直接表现形式。国际城市发展的历史经验也表明,城市功能的扩散与更替是城市必须要经历的发展过程,是城市地理学、城市规划学与城市经济学的重点研究主题之一,是城市空间结构研究的重要组成部分。因此,基于城市功能扩散与更替的城市功能演变与耦合研究将成为城市空间理论与实践研究的重要课题之一,我们有必要对这一课题展开深入的研究。城市功能演变与耦合的系统研究具有较强的理论意义和实践价值。理论层面,城市功能演变与耦合研究可以推动城市地理学、城市规划学与城市经济学等多学科的融合和交叉成果的展示,丰富了城市功能的理论研究成果,为完善我国城市空间理论体系提供创新性成果。实践层面,城市功能演变与耦合研究可以准确把握城市各类城市功能变化的空间差异以及城市功能耦合的地域模式,为城市功能的增量增长和存量增长提供一定理论支撑,为城市空间的可持续发展提供一定借鉴意义与价值。论文将从城市功能扩散与更替的视角入手,提出“过程—方法—模式—机制”的研究框架。论文研究的主体内容包括城市功能演变与耦合的历史过程、城市功能的扩散与更替、城市功能的演变与耦合模式、城市功能演变与耦合的机制。研究的核心内容是:利用城市现状用地图建立城市用地扩散与更替的数据库,综合运用数理统计方法和GIS手段,构建城市功能演变与耦合的方法体系,揭示城市功能演变的时空变化特征和城市功能耦合的地域模式,并分析城市功能演变与耦合的转变机制与运行机制。论文的主体共分为六章:第一章:城市功能演变与耦合的研究综述。对相关核心概念进行辨析,梳理了国内外城市功能研究的进展,并进行了总结评述,从而提出本文的研究视角与研究主题。第二章:城市功能演变与耦合的基础理论。梳理了与本文研究主题相关的基础理论,为城市功能演变与耦合研究奠定扎实的理论基础。第三章:长春城市功能演变与耦合的历史过程。利用历史地图及相关文献资料,分析了伪满时期、计划经济时期、转型时期三个阶段长春城市功能演变与耦合的历史背景以及模式特征。第四章:长春城市功能的扩散与更替。依托城市用地扩展与更替数据库,采用叠置分析、空间分布比重和转移矩阵等指标与方法,结合扇环分析的空间分析手段,分析了居住、公服、商服和工业功能等四类城市功能扩散、转入与转出、更替的时空特征。第五章:长春城市功能的演变与耦合模式。利用城市功能扩散与更替的数量关系,总结居住、公服、商服和工业功能等四类城市功能演变的状态,结合扇环分析法研究四类城市功能演变的空间格局;然后,利用居住、公服、商服和工业功能演变状态的空间差异以及城市功能相互替代的关系总结城市功能耦合的地域类型和演变特征。第六章:长春城市功能演变与耦合的机制——提出城市功能演变与耦合机制的概念与内容架构,从转变机制和运行机制两个方面,采用定量和定性分析相结合的方法揭示了城市功能演变与耦合的动力机制。研究表明,扩散与更替的视角可以作为研究城市功能演变与耦合的新视角,基于此提出的城市功能演变与耦合研究的新方法体系也是可行的、合理的。从新的视角入手,采用新的方法,文章创新的提出了基于扩散与更替作用的城市功能耦合地域类型。
[Abstract]:China's cities are in a rapid development stage for a long time. There are a lot of unreasonable and unscientific urban land distribution behind the rapid spread of urban space, which leads to the frequent occurrence of urban land use change. In addition, the development of our country's economy has entered a new normal state, and the model of urban growth which coexists with the increment and stock will become the next one. The main way of urban functional space development during the period of time, the diffusion and replacement of urban function will be the direct form of urban increment and stock growth. The historical experience of the development of the international city also shows that the expansion and replacement of urban function is the development course that the city must experience, it is the city geography, the urban planning and the city classics. One of the key topics of the study is an important part of the study of urban spatial structure. Therefore, the study of urban functional evolution and coupling based on urban functional diffusion and replacement will become one of the most important topics in the study of urban space theory and practice. It is necessary for us to carry out an in-depth study on this subject. The research of the integrated system has strong theoretical significance and practical value. On the theoretical level, the study of urban function evolution and coupling can promote the integration of urban geography, urban planning and urban economics and other interdisciplinary achievements, enriching the theoretical research results of urban function and improving the urban space theory system in China. On the practical level, the study of urban functional evolution and coupling can accurately grasp the spatial differences of urban functional changes and the regional mode of urban function coupling, providing some theoretical support for the incremental growth and stock growth of urban functions, and providing some reference for the sustainable development of urban space and the sustainable development of urban space. From the perspective of urban function diffusion and replacement, the paper will put forward the research framework of "process method model mechanism". The main contents of the thesis include the historical process of urban function evolution and coupling, the diffusion and replacement of urban function, the model of urban function evolution and coupling, the evolution and coupling of urban function. The core content of the study is: using the map to establish the database of urban land diffusion and replacement by map, using mathematical statistics and GIS means to construct the method system of urban function evolution and coupling, to reveal the temporal and spatial characteristics of urban function evolution and the regional mode of urban function coupling, and to analyze urban work. The main body of the paper is divided into six chapters: Chapter 1: a summary of the research on the evolution and coupling of urban function. The related core concepts are analyzed, the progress of urban function research at home and abroad is combed, and the review is carried out, and the research perspective and research theme of this paper are put forward. The second chapter: The basic theory of urban function evolution and coupling. The basic theory related to the topic of this paper is combed. The theoretical foundation is laid for the study of urban function evolution and coupling. The third chapter is the historical process of urban function evolution and coupling in Changchun. The historical background and pattern characteristics of urban function evolution and coupling in the three stages of the transition period. The fourth chapter: the diffusion and replacement of urban function in Changchun. Based on the expansion and replacement of urban land use and replacement database, using superposition analysis, the proportion of space distribution and transfer matrix and other indexes and square methods, and analyzing the spatial analysis means of fan ring analysis. Four types of urban functions, such as residence, public service, commercial service and industrial function, and other four types of urban function diffusion, transfer and transfer, and the temporal and spatial characteristics of replacement. The fifth chapter: the evolution and coupling mode of urban function in Changchun. Using the quantitative relationship between urban function diffusion and replacement, the state of the evolution of urban function, such as residence, public service, business service and industrial function, is summed up and the fan ring is combined. Analysis of the spatial pattern of the four types of urban functional evolution; then, using the spatial differences of residence, public service, business service and industrial function evolution and the relationship between urban functions to replace each other, the region type and evolution characteristics of urban functional coupling are summarized. The sixth chapter: the urban function evolution and coupling mechanism in Changchun - city function The concept and content framework of the evolution and coupling mechanism, from two aspects of the transformation mechanism and the operating mechanism, have revealed the dynamic mechanism of urban function evolution and coupling by combining quantitative and qualitative analysis. The research shows that the perspective of diffusion and replacement can be used as a new perspective on the study of urban function evolution and coupling. The new method system of urban function evolution and coupling research is also feasible and reasonable. From the new perspective, the new method is adopted. The article innovatively puts forward the urban function coupling region type based on the diffusion and replacement effect.
