基于生态链的山东省人造板产业集群网络化创新研究

【摘要】:人造板产业集群是国家重点扶持的特色产业集群,但从目前来看,各地集群发展相对缓慢,创新能力不足是制约集群发展的最大瓶颈,而集群获取竞争优势的源泉也正在由低成本和政策等要素驱动转向集群内各主体的协同创新能力驱动。因此,完善集群创新网络,建立网络化创新机制是提高人造板产业集群网络化创新能力的重要路径。本文从生态链视角出发,分析人造板产业集群创新网络结构及其网络化创新机制,并对山东省人造板产业集群网络化创新进行了理论与实证研究,以期为提高该地区人造板产业集群创新能力提高及其转型升级提供决策借鉴参考。本文第一章阐述了研究目的和意义,通过近年来理论界对产业集群网络化创新研究现状的梳理,运用生态链思想构建人造板产业集群网络化创新的基本理论框架。第二章通过对生态学理论与产业集群创新等相关理论的回顾,对产业集群创新及创新网络的内涵与特征进行梳理,并对本文研究的相关概念进行界定。第三章揭示了人造板产业集群创新网络与自然生态系统的特点与运行机制的相似与切合,以此为逻辑起点,将生态链思想嵌入人造板集群创新网络中,揭示了集群创新网络的内涵与生态学特征,构建了人造板产业集群创新网络,并对基于生态链的人造板产业集群创新网络系统种群内、种群之间以及群落与环境的系统关系进行了分析。第四章以创新网络为载体,对人造板产业集群网络化创新的创新机理进行了理论分析。从网络主体、网络结构、网络环境等网络系统要素层面对集群网络化创新的作用进行了深入分析,并根据经典的Logistic生态学模型,对集群网络化创新机制进行了研究,还从网络主体关系协同、网络目标要素协同以及网络主体与环境协同维度对协同机制进行探讨。第五章从集群网络结构、网络主体行为、网络环境方面对山东省人造板产业集群网络化创新现状与问题展开了分析。第六章将传统SCP(市场结构—市场行为—市场绩效)范式加以改进,按照网络结构—网络主体行为—网络创新绩效的研究框架,构建了人造板产业集群网络化创新能力评价指标体系,并运用复合DEA模型,以山东临沂、山东菏泽为评价对象和以浙江嘉善、江苏邳州、河北文安为比较对象,对山东省人造板产业集群网络化创新能力进行了评价与比较研究。第七章基于上述理论与实证研究,提出了山东省人造板产业集群网络化创新的路径与对策。包括以主生态链的完善和链合的优化来搭建网络化创新路径和从辅链推进、纵横联结、建立外部联合等方面提出网络化创新对策。第八章总结概括了全文的主要结论,并提出研究展望。综上所述,本文运用生态链思想,结合经济学、管理学等学科知识,对山东省人造板产业集群网络化创新的理论与实证研究,是以集群网络化创新的可持续发展为根本目的,通过生态链网的构建及其网络化创新能力的研究,发挥集群网络化创新效应,实现人造板产业集群的转型升级。其研究成果有利于进一步完善集群创新网络系统,提高集群网络化创新能力,丰富集群创新理论,规范集群网络主体行为,为地方政府制定人造板产业集群发展政策提供决策参考。
[Abstract]:The wood-based panel industry cluster is the characteristic industrial cluster which is supported by the state. However, from the present point of view, the development of the cluster is relatively slow and the lack of innovation ability is the biggest bottleneck to restrict the development of the cluster. The source of the competitive advantage of the cluster is also shifting from the factors such as low cost and policy to the cooperative innovation ability of the various main bodies in the cluster. Therefore, improving the cluster innovation network and establishing the network innovation mechanism is an important way to improve the network innovation ability of the wood-based panel industry cluster. From the perspective of the ecological chain, this paper analyzes the network structure and the network innovation mechanism of the artificial board industrial cluster innovation, and makes a rational approach to the network innovation of the wood-based panel industry cluster in Shandong province. The first chapter of this paper expounds the purpose and significance of the research, and through the theoretical circles in recent years, it combs the status of the research on the network innovation of industrial clusters, and uses the idea of ecological chain to construct the industrial cluster network of artificial board. The second chapter reviews the theories of ecological theory and industrial cluster innovation, combs the connotation and characteristics of industrial cluster innovation and innovation network, and defines the related concepts in this paper. The third chapter reveals the innovation network and natural ecosystem of the wood-based panel industry cluster. As a logical starting point, the concept of ecological chain is embedded in the artificial board cluster innovation network, and the connotation and ecological characteristics of the cluster innovation network are revealed. The innovation network of the wood-based panel industry cluster is constructed, and the population in the innovation network system of the human board industry cluster based on the ecological chain is the population. The system relationship between the community and the environment is analyzed. In the fourth chapter, the innovation mechanism of the network innovation of the wood-based panel industry cluster is analyzed with the innovation network as the carrier. The role of network system elements, such as network main body, network structure and network environment, is deeply analyzed, and the root of the network innovation is analyzed. According to the classic Logistic ecological model, the innovation mechanism of cluster network is studied, and the cooperative mechanism is discussed from the relationship of network main body relations, the coordination of network target elements and the coordination dimension of network subject and environment. The fifth chapter is on the wood-based panel industry in Shandong province from the structure of the cluster network, the behavior of the main body of the network, and the network environment. The present situation and problems of cluster network innovation are analyzed. In the sixth chapter, the traditional SCP (market structure, market behavior, market performance) paradigm is improved. According to the framework of network structure - network main behavior - network innovation performance, the evaluation index system of network innovation capability of wood-based panel industry cluster is constructed, and the composite DE is used. The A model, taking Shandong Linyi, Shandong Heze as the evaluation object and comparing Zhejiang Jiashan, Jiangsu Pizhou and Hebei Wen'an, has carried on the evaluation and comparative study to the network innovation ability of the man-made board industrial cluster in Shandong province. The seventh chapter, based on the above theory and empirical research, puts forward the road of network innovation of the wood-based panel industry cluster in Shandong province. Diameter and countermeasures, including the improvement of the main ecological chain and the optimization of chain integration to build the network innovation path and the promotion of the auxiliary chain, the longitudinal and horizontal links, the establishment of the external Union and other aspects of the network innovation countermeasures. The eighth chapter summarizes the main conclusions of the full text, and puts forward the research prospect. In summary, this paper uses the ecological chain thought, combined with the economy. The theoretical and empirical research on the network innovation of Shandong wood-based panel industry cluster is the fundamental purpose of the sustainable development of the cluster network innovation. Through the construction of the ecological chain network and the research of the network innovation ability, the innovation effect of the cluster network is brought into play, and the transformation of the artificial board industry cluster is realized. The research results are beneficial to further improve the cluster innovation network system, improve the network innovation ability of cluster, enrich the theory of cluster innovation, standardize the behavior of the cluster network, and provide the decision-making reference for the local government to formulate the development policy of the wood-based panel industry cluster.
