巴基斯坦快消品产业的供应链敏捷性实证研究

全球化正改变着组织的运作模式以及它们与供应链合作伙伴的互动方式。在当今的市场环境下,供应链管理已经成为组织提高竞争力的主要方式之一。供应链管理由一系列活动构成,包括将信息、流程和材料转化为最终产品,并且在合适的时间和地点将产品配送至终端客户。以往的研究多关注发达国家,围绕如何依靠企业特定的资源和能力获取竞争优势而展开。动态能力是企业在动荡的商业环境中生存和发展的有效手段。动态能力以等级制的方式发挥作用,例如低阶能力能够使高阶能力为组织带来价值。供应链敏捷性是一种重要的动态能力,它能够让企业有效地利用商机和应对市场动荡。基于资源基础观和动态能力视角,本研究着重探讨在发展中国家的背景下,供应链敏捷性的前因和结果。为此,本研究提出了三个重要的研究问题。基于从巴基斯坦各个行业收集到的数据,第一个问题主要研究企业的IT能力（即IT基础设施,IT同化）和供应链整合（即信息整合,流程整合）对供应链敏捷性的影响。结构路径分析的结果表明,供应链整合可以中介IT能力对供应链敏捷性的影响。除了直接影响,IT基础设施还通过IT同化对信息整合和流程整合产生间接影响,而信息整合则通过流程整合对供应链敏捷性产生间接...
