论一带一路中语言和组织文化对知识传播的影响

根据以前的研究,许多跨国公司在分享/转移知识的时候忽视了文化和语言因素的影响。本研究旨在帮助中国在巴基斯坦的跨国公司了解不同的文化和不同得语言特征对沟通的影响。在以信息为基础的、动态的和集中的经济中,知识是一种基本资产,因为它使企业和组织获得可管理的优势。任何组织要想取得成功并获得可持续竞争优势,员工之间的沟通和交流至关重要。正如以前的研究所强调的那样,跨国组织在交流方面所面临的最大障碍是文化和语言因素。本研究的重点是确定组织文化和语言特征,找出哪些特征影响组织内部的知识转移过程。当然,本研究最关注的是组织文化和语言的最重要的特征。组织表现的提高受在组织内部将知识从一个单元交换到另一个单元的能力的影响。为了调查企业组织中知识转移的执行情况,本研究还提出了三个主要问题,包括:知识转移有多快;知识转移的准确性;知识的一致性。论文还阐明了“一带一路”的重要性,并研究了巴基斯坦的简史,分析了地质、文化、社会和人口趋势。了解中巴经济走廊的内涵,探讨中巴经济走廊建设的效益和前景。此外,评估中巴经济走廊在“珍珠链战略”背景下的地位和这对中国的意义。为了建立一个灵活的知识管理系统,我们搜集了在巴基斯坦...
