借鉴中国经验促进贝宁共和国的创业

  21世纪各国都面临着经济增长、企业经营创新和新就业机会增加的问题。这些问题对社会和国家有重大影响。事实证明,创业是影响西非和世界其他国家地区面对的主要问题因素之一,为减少失业、提高国内生产总值和贡献减轻贫困。由于缺乏创业精神和充分参与创新及有利可图的活动,西非青年无法靠自己的创造力生存。但纵观中国同行,我们注意到一些优秀的、可敬的商业组织或公司,属于各种中小企业类型的,它们注册成立和管理都很成功。我们相信,非洲国家能借鉴中国的经验学到新的知识,并在商业创造领域取得显著进步。本研究的主要目的是促进和激励西非青年获得创业心态或创业精神,创新并为大众学位和非学位持者创造更多的就业机会。这项研究对非洲社会和许多组织都很重要。青年创业技能的培养和管理将有助于经济增长和社会发展。应该把它理解促进并为作企业教育的一个重要组成部分,由它为青年提供就业增长、幸福和解放思想、多学科和活动,以达到他们的期望。在如何借鉴中国经验提升贝宁共和国和西非国家的创业精神与创业活动的总目标下,本论文包括三项主要研究:研究一,对北京和深圳数家中国小企业进行了调查分折,特别是在员工激励方面,总结出可供西非初创企业学习的经验...
