【摘要】:集群式供应链是产业集群和供应链的耦合所形成的一种新型网络组织形式,它具地域邻近性,动态性等特点。产业集群是某一特定领域内互相联系的、在地理位置上集中的企业和机构的集合。在我国,中小型企业不仅数量庞大,而且也是构成国民经济支柱的主体。然而,由于大多数中小型企业,生产技术落后、生产规模小、资金短缺、获取信息能力非常有限,依靠其自身的能力很难适应瞬息多变的市场环境。产业集群已成为我国发展资源共享型经济的重要经济发展模式,它为中小型企业彼此协作发展提供了天然的平台。在产业集群中,某些特定的产业内具有关联关系、且在地理位置上相对集中的若干中小型企业和机构通过彼此协作,高效的共享资源与协作分工,以获得成本和时间优势,从而形成区域竞争力以获得更好的产业品牌和市场机遇。因而,对产业集群的运作研究,尤其是对集群式供应链运作的研究正成为一个重要趋势。在上述背景下,本学位论文以我国产业集中普遍存在的流程式集群供应链和装配式集群供应链为研究对象,鉴于这两类集群供应链的协作主体间耦合关系的高度复杂性,供应链结构随客户需求变化而变化的高度动态性,再加上集群中协作主体追求自我利润而隐私保护与自主决策运作,使得这两类集群式供应链的优化配置问题用传统方法难以对其进行求解。本文运用大系统优化领域最新产生的具有开放结构且支持自主决策的增广拉格朗日协调(ALC)方法,对单链间订单生产协作、单链私有供应商跨链采购及外部游离供应商多源采购等策略下的流程式集群供应链和装配式集群供应链的优化配置问题分别进行深入的分析与研究,其主要研究工作如下:(1)将支持开放式结构的优化协调方法ALC引入供应链管理领域,提出了包括目标AIO模型建立、目标模型分解、求解子问题协调方式选择、子问题间耦合一致性约束建立、子问题局部目标模型建立、子问题模型求解算法选择等在内的一个完整而可行的集群供应链求解步骤。(2)针对流程式集群供应链优化配置问题,面向单链间订单生产协作、单链上流程型制造企业生产工艺的跨链私有供应商外协和外部游离供应商外协,分别研究考虑游离供应商外协采购的流程式集群供应链优化配置问题、考虑跨链供应商外协采购的流程式集群供应链优化配置问题、同时考虑流离供应商和跨链供应商外协采购的集群供应链优化配置问题,通过分析每种问题的流程式集群供应链运作模式,根据制定的假设条件设置联盟策略、生产外协策略和外购策略,建立问题的配置模型;通过对协作主体决策权划分,建立了每种配置模型的分布式ALC模型,并应用ALC方法对每种模型进行求解,分析求解结果,得出一系列重要的管理学启示。(3)针对装配式集群供应链优化配置问题,根据装配式集群供应链的运作所采用的不同操作策略,分别研究考虑产品装配的不同零部件外部游离供应商采购的装配式集群供应链优化配置问题、考虑产品装配的不同零部件跨链供应商采购的装配式集群供应链优化配置问题、同时考虑产品装配的不同零部件的游离供应商采购和跨链供应商采购的装配式集群供应链优化配置问题,通过分析每种问题模型的运作模式特点,制定假设,建立问题的配置模型:通过划分协作主体决策权,建立每种配置模型的分布式ALC模型,并分别使用ALC的集中式和分布式协调方法对模型进行求解,比较两种协调方法求解结果。分析盟主订单外协条件和产品装配的不同零部件采购策略,对比分析盟主利润、协作单链利润,零部件供应商利润随订单变化情况。(4)针对ALC两种协调方法求解高度复杂的集群式供应链优化配置模型在速度、计算并行性和求解结果精度方面的差异问题,根据两种协调方法的模型和协调过程特点,提出了主控式ALC方法,指出了主控式ALC方法中主控问题的引入机制、适用条件和选择原则,并给出了其模型的严格数学等价性论证和收敛性分析;同时,对所提出的主控式ALC方法分别应用典型实例和多种协作策略下的装配式集群供应链优化配置模型进行仿真,仿真结果验证了其有效性和正确性。
[Abstract]:The cluster supply chain is a new form of network organization formed by the coupling of industrial cluster and supply chain. It has the characteristics of regional proximity and dynamics. The industrial cluster is a collection of enterprises and institutions which are interconnected in a particular field and concentrated in the geographical position. In China, small and medium enterprises are not only large, but also the mainstay of the national economy. However, because the majority of small and medium enterprises, backward production technology, production scale is small, the shortage of funds, the ability of acquiring information is very limited, rely on their own ability is difficult to adapt to the ever-changing market environment. Industrial cluster has become an important economic development model for the development of resource sharing economy in China. It provides a natural platform for small and medium enterprises to cooperate with each other. In industrial clusters, the industry has certain relationship, and in the geographical location of the relative concentration of the number of small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions through mutual cooperation, resource sharing and collaboration efficiency, in order to obtain the cost and time advantages, thus forming the regional competitiveness in order to get a better industrial brand and market opportunities. Therefore, the study of the operation of industrial clusters, especially the study of the operation of the cluster supply chain, is becoming an important trend. Under the above background, this dissertation focuses on China's industrial concentration exists in process of cluster supply chain and assembling of cluster supply chain as the research object, given the high complexity of the coupling relationship between the two kinds of cooperative agent cluster supply chain between the highly dynamic supply chain structure with the customer needs change and change, then with the collaboration body clusters in the pursuit of self profit and privacy protection and self decision making operation, optimization of the two kinds of cluster supply chain in the traditional way is difficult to solve. This paper has augmented Lagrange open coordination structure and support decision-making optimization field newly generated system (ALC) method, optimization of production orders, single chain collaboration between single private suppliers of cross chain purchasing and external supplier free multi-source procurement strategies under the process of cluster supply chain and assembling of cluster supply chain were carried out in-depth analysis and research, the main research work is as follows: (1) coordination optimization method will support the open architecture of the ALC into the field of supply chain management, including the proposed AIO model establishment, target decomposition, model solving sub problems coordination mode selection, the sub problem of coupling between consistency constraints, establish sub problems local target model, sub problem solving algorithm selection, a complete and feasible solution steps of cluster supply chain. (2) in the process of cluster supply chain optimization problem for cross chain chain between private supplier collaboration, a single order production process manufacturing enterprise production process and external suppliers Union free association, respectively considering the supplier sourcing free flow of cluster supply chain optimization, considering the cross chain suppliers procurement process of cluster supply chain optimization, considering the problem of optimizing the allocation of cluster supply chain from supplier and supplier chain cross sourcing, through analyzing the process of each cluster supply chain operation mode, according to the assumptions made set alliance strategy, production outsourcing strategies and outsourcing strategy, configuration the problem of establishing a model; through the cooperation decision-making power division, established a distributed ALC model for each configuration model, and for each application of ALC method The model is solved, and the results are analyzed, and a series of important management enlightenment are obtained. (3) for the assembly type of cluster supply chain optimization, according to the different operation strategies of assembled cluster supply chain operation adopted, respectively considering the different parts of the external suppliers free assembly assembly type of cluster supply chain optimization, considering the assembly of different components across chain suppliers assembled clusters supply chain optimization, considering the different parts of product assembly free suppliers and cross chain suppliers assembled cluster supply chain optimization, the characteristics, operation mode analysis model of each problem set hypothesis, configuration model: the decision-making power division cooperation body, a distributed ALC model for each a centralized configuration model, and respectively using ALC and distributed coordination method to solve the model, comparison of two The coordination method is used to solve the result. Analysis of external conditions and leader orders products assembly of different parts purchasing strategy, comparative analysis of profit, profit chain collaboration alliance, suppliers profit with order changes. (4) for solving ALC two coordination methods of highly complex cluster supply chain optimization model of parallel computing problems of difference of accuracy and results in speed, according to the model, and the coordination process characteristics of two kinds of coordination methods, put forward the main control ALC method, points out the main problems of the main control type the ALC method into the mechanism, application conditions and selection principle, and gives the analysis of the model of strict mathematical equivalence demonstration and convergence; at the same time, to master the proposed ALC method respectively with the use of cluster supply chain optimization model with typical examples and a variety of cooperative strategy is simulated by the simulation results. To verify its effectiveness and correctness.
