【摘要】:知识经济时代,在技术的频繁变革、产品的持续创新以及多变的消费者需求等因素的作用下,制造企业所面对的外部环境呈现出高度的动态性、不确定性和不可控制性的特征。此时,固守原有的竞争力体系已经难以帮助制造企业不断的获取竞争优势,因此,制造企业需要探索新的企业竞争力培育思路和方法,提升企业的持续竞争力,使企业在动态的环境中拥有稳定的竞争优势。动态环境下的企业竞争力培育研究要求将企业竞争力的培育过程看成是企业能力系统在组织机制的引导作用下持续进化、不断整合变革的过程,要从协同性、系统性以及适应性的研究角度赋予其全新的含义。基于动态协同的制造企业竞争力培育是指制造企业依据环境信息,围绕企业战略目标,通过竞争力培育机制的运行将企业能力系统内部要素进行协同整合,进而提高系统协同度的管理过程。基于动态协同的制造企业竞争力培育的目的是通过提升自身能力系统与外界环境间的适应性和能力系统内部各子系统间运行的协同性强化企业的整体竞争力。基于动态协同的制造企业竞争力培育机制是企业能力系统与环境间的互动机制,是能力系统内部各子系统间的协调机制,为企业引导和实现能力系统与环境协同进化过程和提高能力系统协同度提供必要的支持。本研究认为基于动态协同的制造企业竞争力培育机制主要由形成机制、实现机制和约束机制构成。其中,形成机制主要由协同监控机制、协同传输机制、协同价值评估机制构成,实现机制主要由协同控制机制、协同激励机制构成。制造企业竞争力培育过程的实现主要是以企业竞争力培育机制对制造企业能力系统外部和内部环境变化刺激的感知、构建网络式的沟通渠道和信息共享平台,将有效信息及时的传递到企业内部,并依据企业自身情况通过对信息的协同价值评估,完成信息的筛选,以及对系统运行状态的评价、优化等过程为基础的。制造企业依靠竞争力培育机制的运行,强化制造企业能力系统与环境间的互动性、化解企业能力系统的刚性,为制造企业能力系统内部子系统的有序运行以及制造企业竞争力的培育过程提供必要的支持和保障。以动态协同思想为指导,制造企业竞争力培育效果的评价过程是以制造企业能力系统演化序参量的评价为核心,通过序参量的评价结果控制和引导企业能力系统内部各子系统之间协同演化过程。本文确定了系统协同度是制造企业能力系统演化的序参量,且能力系统协同度可以直观的反应企业竞争力培育的整体效果,二者间存在着正相关的变化关系,因此,本文提出提高能力系统协同度是制造企业培育自身竞争力的有效途径,在此基础上,本文设计了以系统序参量评价模型为基础的制造企业竞争力培育效果评价方法。最后,文章以F轿车公司为实证研究对象,对其企业竞争力培育效果进行了评价,并针对评价结果提出了F轿车公司强化企业竞争力培育效果的具体建议。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, frequent changes in technology, continuous innovation of products and factors of changing consumer demand, manufacturing enterprises are facing the external environment showing a highly dynamic, uncertain and uncontrollable characteristics. At this time, stick to the original competitive system has been difficult to help manufacturing companies continue to get the competitive advantage, therefore, need to explore the competitiveness of enterprises to foster the new ideas and methods of manufacturing enterprises, enhance the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises, so that enterprises have a stable competitive advantage in a dynamic environment. The competitiveness of enterprises dynamic environment cultivation research requirements will process enterprise competitiveness as enterprise system continued evolution in the guiding role of the organization the mechanism of the process of integration, constantly change, from the coordination system and adaptability perspective given its new meaning. The competence of manufacturing enterprises in the dynamic cooperative cultivation refers to the manufacturing enterprises on the basis of environmental information, based on the enterprise strategic objectives, through the cultivation of competitiveness mechanism will be co integration of internal elements of enterprise system, and improve the management process of collaborative system. Based on the dynamic state to foster the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises for the purpose of cooperative coordination and strengthen the overall competitiveness of enterprises running through the adaptability and ability of the system to enhance their own ability system and external environment between the internal subsystems. The mechanism to foster the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises based on dynamic coordination is the interaction mechanism of enterprise ability between the system and environment, is the ability of the system internal coordination mechanism between each subsystem, to guide enterprises and environmental evolution the process and improve the ability of system coordination ability of the system to provide the necessary support. This study suggests that based on dynamic collaboration Manufacturing enterprise competitiveness mechanism mainly by the formation mechanism, realization mechanism and restriction mechanism. The formation mechanism is mainly composed of cooperative monitoring mechanism, cooperative transmission mechanism, a collaborative value evaluation mechanism, realization mechanism is mainly composed of cooperative control mechanism, incentive mechanism of collaborative manufacturing enterprises. To realize the process of nurturing is the key to the enterprise competitiveness the mechanism of stimulation of the manufacturing enterprise system of internal and external environment changes in perception, construct network communication channels and information sharing platform, the effective information and timely delivery to enterprises, and according to their own situation through collaborative evaluation of information screening, complete information, and the evaluation of the operation state of the system, optimization the process is based. The competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises rely on the running mechanism, strengthen the ability of manufacturing enterprise system and environment interaction Dynamic, resolve the enterprise competence system rigidity, provide necessary support and guarantee for the orderly operation of the process of cultivating manufacturing enterprises ability of subsystems within the system and the competitiveness of enterprises. With the dynamic coordination as guiding ideology, evaluation of the manufacturing enterprises competitiveness effect process is to evaluate the ability of manufacturing enterprise system evolution of the order parameter as the core through the evaluation, the order parameter results between control and guide enterprises ability of sub-systems co evolution process. This paper determines the system coordination degree is the order parameter of the evolution of manufacturing enterprise system, the overall effect can foster the competitiveness of enterprise collaborative and intuitive response capability of the system, there exist two positive correlation relation therefore, in this paper to improve the ability of system synergy degree is an effective way to foster the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises, on the basis of this, this paper design The competitiveness of manufacturing enterprise system order parameter evaluation model based training effect evaluation method. Finally, based on the F car company as the research object, to evaluate the enterprise competitiveness, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the F car company enterprise competitiveness cultivation effect according to the evaluation result.
