【摘要】：粮油食品产业关系着国家的安定和人民的健康。如何解决粮食安全问题,如何保持粮油食品企业的竞争力是摆在湖南粮食集团面前需要急迫解决的问题。打造全产业链,形成从“种植养殖、收储、加工”到“贸易、品牌、分销”的一体化产业战略,在上游从源头就开始控制和计划,抓好种植养殖环节和供应商、新产品研发的管理,打造原料端、生产端、运输端、流通端到终端等环节的无缝链接,形成粮油产品全过程管控,确保从田间到餐桌每一个环节的质量安全。在整合、延伸产业链的同时进行模式创新,实现上下游的价值共赢,是企业提高核心竞争力,赢得发展主动权的有效途径。本文主要通过案例研究,运用战略环境分析、SWOT模型分析和相关理论,以典型案例为素材,并通过理论分析与实证分析相结合,定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法。深入分析了湖南粮食集团公司的外部环境和内部条件,全面剖析了该公司在市场竞争中面临的机遇和威胁。主要有：粮油食品安全问题导致消费者信任危机、并购扩张后企业整合的效果、物流体系的落后以及跨国粮商的冲击等。论文初步描绘了湖南粮食集团全产业链构建的原则与思路,并通过掌控原料基地、提高加工水平、构建物流体系、建立食品安全监测预警体系、强化品牌效应等途径来实施全产业链战略。
[Abstract]:Grain, oil and food industry is related to the stability of the country and the health of the people. How to solve the problem of food security. How to maintain the competitiveness of grain, oil and food enterprises is the urgent problem that needs to be solved urgently in front of Hunan grain group. To build the whole industry chain, form from "planting, breeding, storing, processing" to "trade, brand". The integrated industrial strategy of "distribution" begins to control and plan from the source in the upper reaches, to do a good job in planting and breeding links and suppliers, the management of new product research and development, and to create raw material, production, and transportation. The seamless link from the end of circulation to the terminal, forms the whole process control of grain and oil products, and ensures the quality and safety of every link from the field to the table. At the same time, the mode innovation is carried out while integrating and extending the industrial chain. The realization of upstream and downstream value win-win is an effective way for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness and win the initiative of development. This paper mainly through the case study the use of strategic environment analysis SWOT model analysis and related theory. Taking the typical case as the material, and combining the theoretical analysis with the empirical analysis, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, the paper deeply analyzes the external environment and internal conditions of Hunan Grain Group Company. This paper comprehensively analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by the company in the market competition. The main problems include: food safety problems of grain, oil and food lead to the crisis of consumer trust, and the effect of enterprise integration after M & A expansion. The paper describes the principles and ideas of the whole industrial chain construction of Hunan grain group, and through the control of the raw material base, improve the processing level, and build the logistics system. Establish food safety monitoring and warning system and strengthen brand effect to implement the whole industry chain strategy.
