淡水活鱼现代生产流通的信息服务模式研究

【摘要】：淡水活鱼生产流通面临着"小养殖户、大市场"的供需矛盾,而淡水活鱼的组织易腐性、生产季节性、产区地域性、工艺流程长等特性则加剧了这一矛盾。社会发展呼唤一个现代化的产业体系来解决淡水活鱼生产流通过程中存在的供需矛盾。推动淡水活鱼生产流通现代化的途径可分为技术创新和组织变革两类,但从实践来看,单纯依靠组织变革已无法有效解决供需矛盾。近年来,物联网、移动互联网、大数据等新一代信息技术在农业领域的广泛应用,为淡水活鱼生产流通体系依靠技术变革来实现现代化提供了新的历史机遇,信息技术及其服务为解决"小养殖户、大市场"矛盾提供了新的可能性。论文针对淡水活鱼现代生产流通的信息服务模式开展研究,研究内容可分为三个主要部分:首先,在分析和总结国内外淡水活鱼(水产品)现代生产流通现状及模式的基础上,提出了我国淡水活鱼现代生产流通产业链发展中存在的问题;其次,以信息服务为对象,研究了我国淡水活鱼现代生产流通中以合作社主导、龙头企业主导和平台主导的三种主要的信息服务模式,从内涵特征、驱动因素、运行机理和主体行为等方面分别进行了深入探讨;最后,从多角度对三种主要的信息服务模式进行比较,并置入供求关系情景和"互联网+"生态环境中,探讨不同类型信息服务模式的发展态势及演化趋势,提出策略建议。研究认为淡水活鱼现代生产流通中面临的"小养殖户、大市场"矛盾的根本原因在于信息的不对称和不完备,在淡水活鱼现代生产流通体系内,通过信息服务来解决信息不对称和信息传递效率问题,需要做好淡水活鱼现代生产流通信息服务模式的构建和优化。研究发现:(1)我国淡水活鱼现代生产流通信息服务模式主要存在链式、星型、网状三种基本的拓扑结构,分别以合作社主导、龙头企业主导和平台主导的信息服务模式为代表。(2)合作社主导的服务模式以生产型主导为主,对信息服务价值的依存度低;龙头企业主导的服务模式生产流通一体化程度高,对信息服务价值的依存度最高;平台主导的服务模式以流通型主导为主,对信息服务价值的依存度较高。(3)创建了淡水活鱼现代生产流通信息服务的评价指标体系,并基于此研究发现龙头企业主导的服务模式综合信息服务能力及水平占优势,平台服务模式次之,合作社服务模式相对较弱。(4)信息服务市场供需关系的波动,对服务模式产生联动影响,合作社服务模式由强趋弱,龙头企业和平台服务模式崛起并趋强势。(5)"互联网+"生态环境下,合作社服务模式在产业链中的"话语权"削弱,逐步成为其他模式的附属;龙头企业服务模式将继续发展并壮大,成为行业的垄断者;平台服务模式将成为一种非常重要的模式,拥有重要的"话语权"。本研究的创新点在于:(1)以信息服务为对象,提出了以合作社为主导、龙头企业为主导和平台主导的三种淡水活鱼现代生产流通信息服务模式,研究了各模式的内涵特征、驱动因素、运行机理和主体行为,并构建了相应的模式模型和运行机理图。(2)构建了淡水活鱼现代生产流通信息服务的评价指标体系,并选择三类不同模式中有代表性的主体组织进行验证和比较。(3)比较研究了不同供求关系下三种信息服务模式的服务水平和发展态势。
[Abstract]:The production and circulation of fresh water fish is confronted with the contradiction between the supply and demand of "small farmers and big market", and the contradiction between the perishability of the freshwater fishes, the seasonality of production, the regionality of the production area, the long process flow and so on. The social development calls for a modern industrial system to solve the contradiction between supply and demand in the process of production and circulation of freshwater fishes. The ways to promote the modernization of the production and circulation of freshwater fishes can be divided into two categories: technological innovation and organizational change. But in practice, it is impossible to solve the contradiction between supply and demand effectively. In recent years, a new generation of information technology, such as the Internet of things, mobile Internet, large data, has been widely used in the field of agriculture and has been used for the production of freshwater fishes. The information technology and its services provide new possibilities to solve the contradiction of "small farmers and big market". The paper studies the information service mode of modern production and circulation of freshwater fish. The research content can be divided into three main parts: first, in the analysis and summary of the country. On the basis of the current situation and mode of modern production and circulation of freshwater living fish (aquatic products), the existing problems in the development of modern production and circulation industrial chain of fresh water fish in China are put forward.
