对H公司物流服务提供商的评选研究

  随着互联网的发展及电商的繁荣,供应链物流的价值日益凸显,其不仅是保证商流顺畅进行的物质基础,也是实现“以顾客为中心”理念的根本保证。为降低成本、提升竞争优势,促进企业发展,更多的制造型企业选择将重心倾向于产品的开发、生产、销售等核心业务,而把物流业务外包给专门从事物流管理的企业,此时,企业如何有效地综合评价与选择物流服务商即成为首先需要考虑的问题之一。目前国内部分公司多数采用的是总成本法,即对备选物流供应商的报价进行比较,以“最低价”为标准选择物流服务供应商。但是这种方法可能存在着服务质量难以保证、信息化管理效能低下等弊端,不利于客户的满意度乃至于企业自身的发展。H公司作为一家化工企业,在前期同样采用了总成本分析法,作为选择物流服务供应商的方法,并且缺乏完整的物流供应商的评价指标,致使企业物流费率较高、到货率不稳定,顾客投诉率较高等。为改善物流管理方式,引入了物流战略联盟思想,设定了完整、科学、合理的评价指标,运用层次分析法计算最终得出结果。本文研究的H公司基于战略合作角度,通过层次分析法评选出物流供应商,也通过分指标得分情况,评价其目前的不足,并针对性的提出了改进的对策建议。从而使得...
