VA公司连接器供应商选择与评价研究

全球经济一体化和供应链的发展为中国汽车工业的发展提供了良好的机遇。国内汽车市场环境发生了巨大变化,当然也带来了挑战。通过科学、全面、有效的供应商选择和评估系统建立良好的合作伙伴关系对我们的汽车行业至关重要。今天企业与企业之间的竞争也是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。统计数据表明,有效实施供应链管理可以使企业的总成本降低约20%,供应链中节点企业的按时交付率可以提高15%以上,而订单到订单生产周期时间可以缩短20%-30%,节点企业的生产率提高显然增加了约15%或更多。随着越来越多的公司意识到实施供应链管理的巨大好处,本文认为汽车制造商必须建立系统的供应商选择和评判的体系,使其成为公司的合作伙伴与公司共同成长发展。本文主要目的是通过供应链管理,供应商的选择与评估,关键指标权重的理论和方法来研究VA公司供应商的选择。首先,分析了先行VA供应商选择与评价的现行程序和评分方法,找出了现行评价体系的不足。其次,分析了可以充分反映汽车制造供应商概况的企业评价指标,建立了一套包括十二个一级指标和37个二级指标的供应商评价与选择体系。第三,在实际调查的基础上,分析和讨论了新建供应商选择与评价模型,并在评价方...
