膝骨关节炎不同中医证型患者的血脂水平对炎症指标的影响分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者不同中医证型血脂水平对炎症指标的影响,从而揭示KOA中医证型、血脂水平和炎性指标之间关联性。为不同证型的患者调脂抗炎提供理论依据。方法:选取2015年12月至2016年12月在自治区中医院风湿科住院的107例确诊的KOA患者,根据中医辨证,选取肾虚髓亏型、阳虚寒凝型、瘀血阻滞型三个中医证型进行分组,并收集患者的甘油三酯(TC)、总胆固醇(TG)、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)这些指标,将血脂水平,按异常与正常分为异常组与正常组。分析上述不同证型的血脂水平差异性及血脂水平对炎症指标的影响。结果:(1)三个证型TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较均无差异(P0.05),(2)其中肾虚髓亏型TC升高时的CRP、ESR均值高于正常组的水平(P0.05)差异有统计学意义,肾虚髓亏型TG、HDL-C、LDL-C升高时的CRP、ESR水平与正常组比较无差异。阳虚寒凝型TC升高时的ESR明显高于正常时的水平(P0.05)且差异有统计学意义,但CRP水平比较无差异性,阳虚寒凝型TG、HDL-C、LDL-C升高时对应的CRP、ESR水平较正常组之间无差异,瘀血痹阻型TG升高时ESR较正常时高,(P0.05)但CRP比较无差别,阳虚寒凝型TC、HDL-C、LDL-C升高时的CRP、ESR水平与正常组炎性指标差别无统计学意义(P0.05)结论:膝骨关节炎患者不同中医证型血脂水平各项指标对炎症指标的影响是不同的,肾虚髓亏型TC升高与CRP、ESR呈正相关,阳虚寒凝型TC升高和瘀血阻滞型TG升高都与ESR呈正相关。三种证型其他血脂指标升高与CRP、ESR无关联。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) affects the blood lipid level in patients with different TCM Syndromes of inflammation, so as to reveal the KOA TCM syndromes, correlation between blood lipid levels and inflammatory indicators.
