中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比例与IgA肾病临床及病理关系的研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨Ig A肾病患者中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与Ig A肾病临床及病理特点。方法:回顾性收集于青海大学附属医院肾病科经肾活检确诊为Ig A肾病的住院患者病例共56例(2012.05-2016.10),研究中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与Ig A肾病临床及病理特点。结果:56例Ig A肾病患者中,男性41例,女性15例,男女比例2.7:1。年龄为34±11岁。LeeⅠ级1例,Ⅱ级31例,Ⅲ级14例,Ⅳ级5例,Ⅴ级5例。Ig A肾病患者中,各Lee等级NLR比较有统计学意义(P0.05),LeeⅡ级和LeeⅣ间有差异(P0.05),LeeⅡ级和LeeⅤ级间有差异(P0.05)。NLR与Lee分级(r=0.426,P0.05)、血肌酐(r=0.415,P0.05)、尿素氮(r=0.298,P0.05)、e GFR(r=-0.324,P0.05)相关。NLR与血肌酐密切相关(P0.05)。结论:随着Lee分级加重,NLR有升高趋势,提示NLR可以作为判断肾脏肾脏损害的一项指标;NLR与血肌酐密切相关,提示随着血肌酐水平逐渐增高,炎性反应逐渐加重。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in patients with IgA nephropathy. Clinical and pathological features of IgA nephropathy. Methods: a total of 56 patients with IgA nephropathy confirmed by renal biopsy in the Department of Renal Diseases, affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University were collected retrospectively.
